If you find yourself with no other options than to stay here, I would recommend inspecting and photographing the room upon arrival. Otherwise they will try to tell you that your family pulled the stuffing out of a blanket and charge you $110 in damages. Perhaps it will be something else they’d like to replace that day on someone else’s dime. Also, the water coming out of the sink was yellow and there is no security lock from the inside. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

I loved the property but the only thing I disliked was the toilet height. We are a family of tall folks and the toliet was so low, it came up to our calves. Lol it wasn't the typical height of other hotels we stayed at there over the years. The other thing was the breakfast, we stayed there 2 days but wasn't able to try it as the first day the lobby was full and the 2nd day there wasn't a lot of options (they could have been cooking it). This isn't a big issue for us as there were places that we wanted to try outside of the hotel.

On the plus side, this hotel is convieniently located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, Enchantment Park trail, and Leavenworth Adventure Park. The desk staff were friendly and courteous. On the negative side, our room was small and faced the road, so noise from traffic was an issue, especially in the early hours of Saturday morning. The pillows were astonishingly hard. The bathroom was tiny and could do with remodelling - the bath tub facet was leaking and the water was rusty. There was no handsoap. On the plus side, breakfast was good, the kids liked the waffles, and there was a good variety of food options: eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurt, and pastries. We got a good price through expedia for a one night stay, and we didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep, so it wasn't that important. A good location and a decent price, especially for a family trip where ambience isn't key.

It was a little noisy because we were right by the road and on the 1st floor. People upstairs were kinda loud, i think they had kids running around. Otherwise the stay was good enough for us. Loved the coffee shop right next door!

The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby.

Very nice for a economy stay in a great location in Leavenworth. They accept dogs for a $20/dog fee per night and there’s was nice grassy dog area outside our ground floor room complete with dog waste bags. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it this time. We appreciated the friendly staff! The breakfast in ur morning was motor inn type continental breakfast—strange egg saucers with low quality frozen sausage, but also a waffle maker that kids love, cereal and yogurt. Location is great—walk to town in 3 min.

Outdated property, I wish I knew that their pool is not working in advance I wouldn’t go there. We had 3 families with 6 kids and kids were disappointed that there is nothing to do for them. Won’t be back again

I had a problem with the $250 fee if you are loud on the premises past 9 pm. I have a baby who could cry anytime in the night and I was worried I would be charged that fee. I would probably only display that fee during Octoberfest or during loud party events.

Over all I was disappointed regarding the bathroom. I had to use my personal disinfected products to clean the restroom before it was going to be used because the restroom was NOT CLEAN. My family and I will not stay at this Inn again.

Thin walls and even thinner blankets. Breakfast is not hot and is very cheap. You dont get to pick what you want either, they just give you a bag and hope you like whatever is in there. Also, it says mountain veiw rooms but dont be fooled. "All the rooms are mountain view" but they are not. We were looking at the courtyard the entire time with louds kids playing in the middle of it. Mountains were behind us on our front porch, which we could not sit on. Overall would not go again but good for the price i guess?
