Enzian Inn

Love how quiet it is even though there are families with kids.

This was another one-night stay for us on the way to Lake Chelan. We've stayed at the Enzian Inn before and enjoyed this stay as we have with our previous ones. It's a very nice property with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The Inn offers a number of family-friendly activities including an 18-hole miniature golf course that was fun. Conveniently located on Highway 2 that runs through Leavenworth and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in town. A fun place to visit.

Upgrades luxurious and family friendly at the same time

I was there 2 times in one week. The 1st couple days it was great amazing everything was perfect. Came back with the whole family and rented the VIP suite. There were beer cans on our balcony there was a narcotic pill underneath the bed and the Jacuzzi would not dream. Also the room was not as set up as it's supposed to be. The bed was not in the bedroom they had rearranged so that the living room setup was in the bedroom and by Sarasota which made no sense and was different than the pictures. I called the front desk and let them know about the narcotic and the bare cans and they apologize but that was it. For $500 a night seems like they should have made an effort to make things right. I may go back again but I sure as hell won't be putting up any extra money

We were able to check in early, and even if we weren't able to, they let us know that upon our arrival we could use their facility and park there. We arrived 2 1/2 hours early and we had immediate access to our rooms. Bonuses were the two bunnies in the lobby (a huge hit with the kids), the indoor pool was bigger than expected (and both times we used it, no one else was there!) and the amazing breakfast! Courteous staff, fantastic accomodations. We'll definitely be staying there again the next time we're in town!

We had requested a quiet room because it was our 40th Anniversary. Front desk check in was pleasant and there was a bottle of sparkling cider for us in the room, and the room was larger than we had expected. Very nice. Bathroom was huge, new carpets, down comforter, etc. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, as usual. However, we weren't told they would be working during the daytimes on installation of new carpeting. It was so noisy we ended up leaving for most of the time during our visit, when we had intended to just stay and relax.. Also, a family with children who were running and jumping was put directly above our room. We asked to move, but the only choice was tiny and the adults on both sides were loud when my husband was inspecting that room, so we decided to keep our original room. We asked the front desk several times to let the family know the kids needed to stop making so much noise, but it only let up past their bedtimes. We definitely did not have a quiet stay. Very disappointed, as this was a return visit and our past stay was much better. I definitely would have chosen a hotel that was much lower in price. We won't be back.

We always stay at Enzian...for the past 10 years. We love the location, staff, and family atmosphere. Best breakfast in town and we will always stay at Enzian!!!

Loved our stay. The inn is very cozy and comfortable. We loved the breakfast and proximity to everything. Thre biggest bummer for us was the indoor pool. It is 5' deep everywhere except the steps. My nephews are small and can't swim so we're couldn't really utilize it as much as we would have. Im exactly 5' so couldn't really carry them around either. If you have small children that can't swim, bring floaties! Other than that, everything was great. There's constant refreshment in the lobby (tea and water), a cozy wood fireplace, and a collection of board hangers on the 2nd floor that can be used. The 2nd floor of the lobby also has a microwave if you need to heat up anything.
