The room smelled very badly like wet socks. We called the front desk to see if we could change rooms but was informed that they were sold out. They sent the security guard with a spray that fixed the problem for a couple of minutes. Since it was almost 3 am and my kids were exhausted after the flight we decided to stay. We sprayed the room with our own perfume but the smell in the room was very strong. In the morning we asked to leave our bags until after breakfast, the person charged us $2 per bag but had to be paid cash which seemed unusual to me. We were also told they had a shuttle that was $27 per person to take us to the cruise port. They told us it was a bargain because it would be almost $200 if we took an Uber, it was a lie. We paid $60 for 4 of us on an Uber. We will never stay in this hotel/motel ever again. Do not book, wish I could get my money back l.

The hotel itself is not bad and I didn’t have any bad experience with the airport shuttle like others have mentioned here. My issue was with some members of the staff and the breakfast. I’ll start with the latter. Breakfast is supposed to be served from 6am to 9am but when I went at 8:15am there was nothing left and nobody refilled those platters so I ended up crossing the street and going to IHOP but I sure would have loved not having to spend that money while staying in a hotel that lists breakfast as included. The Hispanic lady at the reception desk (wearing a face mask) is rude and unpleasant. I called the desk at 6am asking for late checkout and they gave it to me but when I left she said “how are you going to pay for your late check out?”. I explained to her that I was not supposed to pay for anything and she said my name was not on some list or something pretty much calling me a liar. There are so many airport hotels in Seattle that I don’t need to go back to one where the staff is rude. Sayonara, baby. Never again.

When we arrived, two girls were in the front desk. There was a family checking out with one and the other (even she saw us) never had the intention to attended us. One the family in front on left I approached the other girl who was eating in the front desk! She looked surprised (as… don’t you see I’m eating)!! She looked to the other girl and their faces were like they HAD to! The room was cleaned but it was freezing (due to the AC) I turned it off! When I turned the heating on!! It smelled to Pee!!!! Disgusting!

I was not pleased with housekeeping services. My family and I checked in on a Friday and as of Monday no one came by. We finally got service on Thurs after requests on Tuesday and Wednesday. Checked out Friday. On another note, location was close to light rail, parking free, breakfast was good, (cramped quarters)bed was comfy and employees were pleasant.

We arrived to check in for a room I pre booked. 2 double beds is what I booked for my wife 6yo and 2yo. We arrived late after driving some time to be told we didnt have a 2 bed option. We got a room with a bed and a tiny pull out couch. Simple problem no worries at this point. When we get to the room there are no beddings for the pull out couch. Making a bed at midnight while trying to get my kids in isnt what i paid for, but anyways i go back down to the desk and ask for beddings nicely. The young lady at the desk hands me a stack of what appear to be sheets and two pillows. I asked right away why there was no pillowcasses on the pillows. She assured me they pillow cases were in the stack of laundry on the table. I took these linons and pillows backnup to the room. Yep no pillow casses and the 2 sheets she provided where actually fitted box spring covers. Lol we laughed it was so ridiculous. So back down i went. The young lady assured me those are sheets slammed down two pillowcasses. She then investigated more and brought me out 1 and i mean 1 actual sheet. She seemed annoyed that i still wanted a blanket. The next day our room was changed but we needed to check out by 10 and they provided us a room at noon. As you can imagine our intention when pre booking wasnt to change rooms at my inconvineince after 1 night of a 3 night stay. But off we went. I explained this to the lady at the desk the next day. No compensation offered would never reccomend

For that price, beds were comfy and clean. The staffs were all super helpful and kind. They don’t provide glassware, which I need to use to heat up my baby’s milk. The receptionist lady was quick witted and gave me a glassware from the office. Thank you so much, you don’t know how grateful I am from your help and gesture :)

Check in was disappointing as they were oversold. It wasn’t until Hotels.com called twice that the issue was resolved. We understand that this happens and that front desk staff doesn’t control it, but staff — though not rude — seemed disinterested in trying to resolve. Room was fine and updated; halls were worn. Shower was slippery (ok for us but would not want small children or elderly parents on it.) One towel had what appeared to be someone else’s unwashed makeup marks. Beds were comfortable. Would not stay again.

First off let me say the staff is very pleasant and helpful. And one mishap shouldn’t make or break a place. However, they might need to work on their communication when it comes to the shuttle service. I waited (w/my kid) outside the airport for about an hour because of miscommunication. Luckily, the benches outside are heated! Although, the staff was super apologetic, I was not compensated for, nor even offered any compensation for my troubles. But all is well. As for the hotel, it was very clean and inviting. The room was perfect for me and my kiddo. Close enough to food and the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
