Excellent stay! We had 3 families and we all agreed it was a great place. Away from traffic, despite being near airport. Great breakfast.

We originally were going to sleep at the airport since we had such an early flight, but decided to get a hotel at the last minute. I wish we stuck to the original plan. This hotel was very noisy and apparently there are no rules about kids running up and down the hall all night. You can hear the noise from the nearby highway and the planes from the airport, as well as others in the rooms next to you. And above you. There was some loud screeching sound in the hallway that sounded like the dinosaurs from Jurassic Park. The queen sized bed as actually a full sized and not comfortable. On the plus side, the bathroom was good sized and clean, and the shuttle driver was awesome! We are not hotel snobs, but we would not stay at the hotel again because if we can't get some sleep then why waste our money?

Our family of five (3 kids) stayed the night before our cruise. Hotel picked us up at the airport (free) we just had to call when we landed and went to the right spot. Kids loved the pool. Typical breakfast- no complaints. Our cruise ended up being delayed until that night so we hung out in the huge lobby all day without any issues. For cruisers…. Use the Seattle express option for transportation. It ain’t cheap but they were so accommodating with the ship delay. They made sure we got there no problem. We would stay at this hotel again!

I stayed here with my family while I was in the Seattle area for appointments at UW. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful even going above and beyond at some points to help us after seeing it was our second time in Seattle, (first staying here) and we were not familiar with the area still. The only complaint I have is that when we put our trash bin out to be emptied someone vomited in it and the cleaning staff did not clean it properly after hours (over 3hrs) of me having to call the front desk about it multiple times someone from the front desk came up himself because housing kept telling him they cleaned it. Once he saw the bin indeed had vomit still in it the problem was rectified. Also, I don’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a fan in it to help with steam…and such lol (I had a teenage boy with me who drank a whole bottle of apple juice while we were there at times the room was funky). Overall though I enjoyed staying there and would again.

Building was OK outside beside the amount of smokers, Elevator Broken (had to walk with stroller and bags upstairs), Service was OK not great / Breakfast was horrible so I had toast and my family had cereal / Beds were hard with not enough pillows (pillows were also very small) / TV remote was sticky / End table had a piece missing on the top / Floors were thin as paper / Bedspread had stains. Was low cost at $130ish a night, but overall, would never stay again.

Room smelled musty.Bed was too hard, pillows too flimsy. The towels were thin. Breakfast was ok,lots of options. Eggs not good...powdered. We traveled with family, they put our 3 room next to each other which was great. But upstairs neighbors could be heard at 5:30 in the am!

Young gentleman at the front desk was very kind and immediately went in search for a crib for our room. We had a long day of International travel with a small child and this helped us be able to get our baby to bed asap.

Absolutely no breakfast options if you're gluten free. The room is tight for a family of 4.

The stay started pretty well, however, the check-in was a little lengthy the staff advised it was a computer error. I had completed the hotel's request to check in online. But that turned out to be a waste of my time and still had to complete the process at the counter. We made it to our room to only discover there was a big stain on the sheet on one of the beds. I tracked down housekeeping and they changed the sheets. The kids wanted to go swimming so we headed down to the pool. The sign on the pool door said we had to get another card key from the front desk to access the pool!? I have stayed at several hotels and this was a first for me. It was an inconvenience to go to the desk to get a card key. On several occasions, my family had to wait for other guests to be checked in before we could go swimming, as you had to turn in the card key before 10 pm daily. My wife had to do the same thing to use the gym, and no the pool and gym key were not one in the same. The next day had guests who checked in above us. At 8 pm the guests started stomping so hard the hotel's fixtures were shaking. I completely understand I am in a hotel but when the fixtures were shaking it was time to call the front desk. I called and advised them of the issue but was met with the hotel's recitement of the quiet hours. I explained I understood that however if the fixtures were shaking that was excessive. I concluded my unhelpful conversation, and wouldn't you know it nothing had changed. The stomping

When we went here.. the reception executive informed us that the elevators weren’t working, however upon knowing that we had a 6 months baby, they gave us a room on floor 1 that’s the ground floor. The stay was nice, super warm staff, the pillows could be a bit more firmer but that’s just my opinion.. overall.. definitely a good recommendation! And will stay here again for sure.. my 6 year old and 6 month old had a lovely time in the swimming pool and in the room shower tub ! They splashed and had such a fun time..
