Wingate by Wyndham SeaTac Airport

I had an early flight out of Sea-tac airport and didn't want to worry about traffic delays in the morning. I was frightened by many of the reviews of hotels in the area (moldy, old, unclean) but Zone hotel's were pretty good so I decided to give it a try. I was pleased to find everything new and very clean. No odor of any kind (new offgassing or old funk). My nose is sensitive and I can't stand being in a space with a bad odor.The front desk clerk was pleasant. The bed was comfortable with hotel white linens. No old nasty bedspread. Bathroom was new and spotless. Airport noise was noticeable but expected. The shuttle service was quick and convenient and I was able to leave my car there for $10 a day which is quite a savings vs airport parking. Shuttle pickup after return flight only took 10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I have an early flight, and will recommend to friends and family as a great option!

My family reserved an hotel room as we transitioned on our international flights the following day. We approached the customer service for a cart to wheel our stuff to the room. The front desk was rude and said that he had no idea of where they were and indicated that we could look around. I informed the customer service that he didn’t have to be rude and that courtesy would have gone along way. At this point me and my friend embarked on a painstaking search for an available cart. Eventually they located a cart for us which they could have located considering that they have access to the hallway cameras and would have known which room they were taken to. The following day we loaded the cart and had to slip out. My wife received a call to return the carts. She asked where to place the cart and was just stared at. The front desk was so unprofessional and didn’t attempt to make eye contact or acknowledge her presence. My wife put the cart in a location and that’s when the front desk got up with an attitude and placed it at the right place. We will not be coming back to this property and wouldn’t recommend it either due to our poor customer service experience.

I was given a room and upon entering, I noticed the bed wasn't made and there was coffee cups and emty water bottles on the counter. It was clear that housekeeping had not gotten to the room. First time that has ever happened. I went down and got a different room. The staff was very helpful and kind, including Jerry the shuttle driver. My new room was clean, however they had missed a cup in the microwave. Not a big deal. The bed was cozy and the towels were awesome. The following morning at 5:30am, the room above me had a jumping child for 20 minutes. I called the front desk and the noise soon stopped. I would stay again as it was overall a nice hotel.

Got there late, left early, slept like a baby in the comfy bed

Our family needed to stay one night during a layover in Seattle and needless to stay it definitely exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness 10/10. Staff 10/10. Definitely would stay again if needed.

Two plusses for this property - close to airport and second the shuttle to the airport. The noise all night long was horrible. There were kids yelling running up and down the hallways. Kids running on the floor up. Then it quited down around 2 am only to be awaken by the housekeeping group laughing and playing Spanish musicr at 3 am But the best shuttle service
