Hyatt House Seattle/Redmond

Overall our stay was average. The room was clean and quiet. We barely heard any noise from other rooms or hallways. The main bed was comfortable, but the pull out couch was terrible. I lied down to test it out and all I could feel was all the springs jamming into my back. Luckily my kids slept on it and they're not heavy enough to notice too much, but I wouldn't recommend for an adult to sleep on it. We were 4 people staying in the room, but we were provided with only 3 towel sets and only one pillow. Maybe the front desk could communicate it better to the housekeeping staff. The hot tub was out of order, which was a major bummer, one of the reasons we chose this property was because they had a hot tub. When asked at the front desk about the tub, the front lady replied "I don't know anything about it, I just got here". The last confusion was that we were advised the parking was $15/night. When I booked this in January I'm pretty sure the ad on Expedia said parking was included, also one of the reasons we chose this property. I thought maybe I was mistaken about it as the booking confirmation doesn't mention anything about parking, but I noticed some prior guests had mentioned free parking before. I don't really care if they changed their policy, but maybe honour the previous bookings. The complementary breakfast was really good. There was a nice variety of drinks and food. The staff working there were really nice.

We have stayed at this property a few times, previously during covid and now beyond and continue to enjoy the free parking, lovely free breakfast and a great indoor pool. It was unfortunate the hot tub was not open this time. The studio suites are spacious and bed is comfortable. We would stay again and again. Traveled as a family with young kids.

Our stay was amazing. We had a 1 bedroom king suite and it fit our family well. We loved the small kitchenette and the balcony. The only downfall to the room was that you had to go through the bedroom to the bathroom so kids were always coming through since there was no door from the living room/kitchen area. The hotel was clean and had a decent hot breakfast with cereal and breads/muffins/bagels. The pool was clean and stocked with towels and the staff were very polite/welcoming and quick when you needed anything. We would definitely stay again

Pros: Very clean and decent breakfast provided. Parking was safe and easy. Cond: Pool is quite small. Not very environmentally friendly and there is lots of, one time use, plastic cups and utensils being used and thrown away every day. Would suggest they offer proper utensils and cups at breakfast that can be washed and reused. . Besides all this, it was great and our kids loved it

Excellent service! Stayed 4 nights with the family for a soccer tournament. The front desk staff was very accommodating of various requests. I will stay here again.

We stayed here as a young family for a short vacation and it was everything we expected upon seeing previous reviews at the hotel advertisement. Redmond is a bit more out of the way than Bellevue, but we thought it was worth the free parking, indoor pool, and free breakfast. The room was a nice size and had a full size fridge, freezer, and microwave, and a small kitchenette which could be useful (we didn't cook). The staff were lovely.
