This property is close to Western Washington University. The A/C worked really well in our room but was terribly noisy in our family's joining room. The staff was pleasant and the stay was easy.

The only thing i didn't like wasnit was hard to find. It is behind a store. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The one restaurant we ate at on the property is geared for adults. Not much on the menu that my Grandkids would eat.

There is a strong cholrine smell due to interior of hotel surrounding an indoor pool. The pool being so close the rooms also meant hearing children screaming during the day. The lobby smelled great though.

Our stay was fine. We were just passing through Bellingham. The pool could be open longer hours - especially important for those families with kids.

We liked the decor and the newly redone 3rd floor. Our bed was comfortable, though the chair was a little too firm for relaxing in. Though we appreciated the young families enjoying the pool. We didn't appreciate the noise that echoed up to our room. Especially at before 9:00am.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby, and the front desk person was helpful but gave some inaccurate information. The room was clean, but none of the garbage cans were lined and we had almost no towels, and after seeing the gorgeous lobby, very underwhelming but definitely an adequate size. Regrettably, our room was right next to the indoor pool, which is open to the inner hallways and skylight, so we could hear the kids in the pool screaming due to the proximity and echo which was a little annoying. Breakfast was included but not very good and the staff wasn't very quick or attentive. The hotel restaurant for dinner was highly overpriced, especially for the quality, and with not many options.

WiFi keeps dropping. We had several iPhones, a Macbook air, an android tablet. They all keep dropping WiFi from time to time. We’ve visited other hotels in Bellingham and Federal Way after this visit, but we never experienced WiFi issues in other hotels. The pool is closed at 8PM which is a bit early for travelers with family.

Pretty conveniently located. Within a mile of everything downtown. Thought we would walk everywhere but we drove. There is a Fred Meyer next door, a Whole Foods a block away, coffee shop across the street. We had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Noise was good, I could sometimes hear kids in the pool because it's an indoor pool/jacuzzi in the center of all the rooms which is an interesting set up. I like hotels you can open the window for fresh air so that was nice. The only thing I really didn't like is there was a really strong cologne smell in the lobby- reminded me of the Abercrombie and Fitch stores in the mall that I never wanted to go into because of the smell. That was odd. Other than that, the staff was great and we had a nice stay.

It was nice. There was a good restaurant there and the pool was usable for a child. The indoor pool was a little bit on the cold side.
