Holiday Inn Express Bellingham, an IHG Hotel

Room and staff were great and as expected. Halls were terribly noisy with children running and screaming through them late into the evening, last 10pm. Pool was full of kids whose parents were drinking in the hot tub instead of supervising them and was extremely loud. I left after five minutes.

It had everything you'd expect and more. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast was a welcome addition. Pool and hot tub worked great for the family. Room was spacious, especially the bathroom. Staff was friendly. Overall a great stay.

This was an amazing find for the price. There was free parking, free wifi, free cookies, free breakfast, amazing and pool/hot tub for families. The staff was great and the place was very clean. I'd stay here again next time I'm in town.

My friend and I stayed for two nights. It was a girls weekend away from the kids. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast was quite big and the gym was awesome!

Pleasant stay. Comfortable and good service from staff. I was pleased to find the baby crib i requested in my room upon arrival. I got a few extra pillows without any hassle that i also requested. Friendly and helpful employees.

There was a notice posted in the hotel that there would be a fire alarm test at 11 in the morning. It lasted 45 minutes with just random alarms continuing to go off over and over. It really upset my dog and during that hour the elevator was out of order and we needed to load the car. This made taking things down to a vehicle impossible. Especially with an upset and scared dog. Our hotel key cards during this continued to fail to work and we had to get new cards three times. Very unhappy. Then the day after leaving I checked my account and I was charged not only $180 for the room on the 15th when we checked in for credentials but I was charged 196 on the 16th the day we checked out as a SEPARATE charge! I called and went to my bank today on 11/17 the day after checking out and my bank teller confirmed that the $180 charge from the 15th was still being held out of my account as well as the $196 from the 16th our date of check out! My bank teller told me that the $180 should drop away as soon as the $196 hard posts from the hotel but that has not happened as of tonight and so I have been short nearly $200 in my account for two days!! I'm very disappointed in the service by the staff who explained to me when I called that they were new and were unsure why this happened but they insisted they only had one charge on their end. The manager then told me the same thing and lacked kindness. Won't stay here ever again and will tell friends and family about it and the unprofessionalism!!

A little noisy. Can hear out in the hallway through the door. And kids running around, on the floor above, which I guess can't be helped.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time because we had great experiences before. The last time was very disappointing. In our room 333, the headrests of both beds were scratched, torn, the wallpaper in the restroom was peeled off, the toilet was dirty, it was impossible to relax in the pool, a lot of children dived in the pool, although there was a warning everywhere that diving prohibited, a glass wall separates the pool and the front desk, the staff ignored violations, it would be nice to think about the comfort of the guests.

Good location…. upstairs noisy kids jumping off bed… rattling downstairs, staff …oh well

The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable! I had my dogs with me and there was plenty of outdoor area I could take them out on and felt safe! Will definitely be staying here again when I come to visit family!!
