Chrysalis Inn & Spa Bellingham, Curio Collection by Hilton

I have happily been staying here since they opened. It is my favorite "escape" when visiting my family. This is the epitome of the perfect "boutique hotel": the customer service is incredible; the spa is AMAZING; their restaurant, Keenan's is perpetually yummy, and their rooms are downright gorgeous. NOW, ADD IN THE VIEWS! WOW!!!! Seriously, you will thank me!

Our children sent us flowers for our 50th anniversary. They arrived in the afternoon Sat. We were not notified by note that the flowers were at the front desk when we returned from shopping. Our son called us about the flowers. We had to call the front desk to ask about the flowers. Don't think we would have ever been notified they arrived by the front desk. Very poor communication.

First, I was greeted by a lovely woman at the front desk. She was nice attentive and told me about the property and room. Also, we were in town visiting a local college and she offered her assistance if my child had any questions. Super nice of her. Second, we checked in the room which was just lovely with an amazing view of the water. We walked on the boardwalk just before having dinner at restaurant. Some reviews talked about the train noise, but my family and I didn’t find it bothersome. It doesn’t go by often and if I did wake up to the sound I went straight back to sleep. Next day we checked out, but I will definitely be back to enjoy some more of the amenities they have to offer.
