Booked this hotel because they had an indoor pool. Traveling with two toddlers so I thought it would be good to have them burn some energy after a long car ride. Unfortunately the heater was not working and pool was cold! Also refrigerator in room didn’t get cold enough and I didn’t feel safe keeping the food I had in there over night. Again traveling solo with two toddlers that was unfortunate because I had to stop for more snacks.

The beds seemed to be smaller than queen size, they were also made very unprofessionally.. in addition there was stains all over the sheets & the pillows were very outdated, used quite a bit. The floors were absolutely disgusting in both of the rooms we requested to see. I did not want my children to be playing anywhere in this property.

I wish they had rugs in the rooms. I traveled with my 4 legged child and she is very sensitive to non rug floors.

Very good value. Breakfast is above average for this type of Hotel - real scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage in addition to the usual staples. Indoor pool is a plus for the kids. We had a small issue with the TV remote, but never bothered to report it until checkout.

Price is decent and reflective of the accommodations. Good location for food and access to highway. Breakfast was good with a good variety. States pet friendly but we found they have specific rooms for that and we could not have the room we booked online because it was not one of those rooms. It was disappointing, especially since our dog is good and very quiet and the kids above us were very loud, running back and forth starting at 7:00 am. Perhaps special rooms for those with small children would be appropriate as well.

A little disappointed... the carpet in our room was very stained and in need of cleaning. The TV is analog and tiny for the size of the room. Will probably choice another location the next time we visit family in the area.

This was a pleasant stay- we booked three rooms for a trip for family wedding. The property and rooms were clean and comfortable, well appointed. Breakfast was good with a great variety for the whole group. Staff and housekeeping were pleasant and friendly. The parking lot and location were convenient and safe. Outback and Carrabbas are walking distance. The value for the price was spectacular.

Queen beds are double beds. If a family of four is staying in a room we should get four sets for towels.
