The front desk gentleman was kind but did not have a professional/clean appearance. Butt crack hanging out, dirty nails and hands. The lobby was filthy and not somewhere you would want to eat a breakfast buffett. This was our second stay here since September and unfortunately, we will be looking for a different hotel to stay out when visiting family.

We were in town for a wedding and I must say this is one of the pleasant experiences I’ve had at a chain hotel— very friendly front desk, super comfy bed and nice workspace/chaise lounge. Lobby had coffee/tea/lemonade around the clock. The breakfast was a TRUE hot breakfast with pancakes, delicious pastries, sausage, eggs, potatoes…really nice lobby to enjoy it in too. Will certainly stay again when visiting family!

We began our stay on a Wednesday, our room was fine, had an odd smell but the bed was comfy and we were exhausted. Don’t plan on sleeping here though as it was, by far, the noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The family across the hall had a dog that barked non stop, there were kids running the halls as late as midnight, yelling screaming and being awful. Our room wasn’t serviced at all, even after asking daily to have the dirty towels replaced. We had to ask EVERY day for clean towels and asked every day to have the dirty ones removed. We offered to bring the dirty towels to the desk and were told no, someone will come clean your room tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came. On Saturday night, my husband went to the front desk to again ask for clean towels. The young lady was reading a book and seemed really put out and never uttered a single word to my husband, nothing! She sighed, put her book down grabbed a couple towels, handed them to him and sat back down and picked up her book. He asked about the dirty towels piled up in our bathroom and she rolled her eyes and went back to her book. The fitness room was next to our room, it’s open 24 hours a day and someone thought that 11 pm was a good time to allow their 3 small children to use it as a play room. It was a HORRIFIC stay and just know you’ll also be required to remove your own trash if you aren’t interested in having it pile up. We stayed 5 nights and NEVER received service for our room even after asking DAILY! 😡

Overall, I wanted to love this hotel and our stay. It was very clean, staff was nice, breakfast was amazing! But we did have two issues that made our stay not super great. 1. Pool was not working. Which I do understand happens, but was very disappointing as we booked because of the pool and had 2 very upset kids. Not to mention they could see the pool with water in it during breakfast and couldn’t understand why they couldn’t go it. 2. This was my biggest issue. Lack of sage sleep space for my 16 month old. When I booked it said cribs and pack n plays available. Upon arrival we were told they only have ONE crib for the whole hotel and that it was broken. This to me is absolutely asinine. How can you have a hotel of that size and have ONE crib, let alone it being broken. Surely many many families stay with babies who need a place for their baby to sleep. We were offered more pillows and blankets, however that is not going to stop my curious 16 month old from crawling off the bed in the middle of night and breaking her neck. Being that we had all our family at that hotel and that we had traveled a long distance we had no choice but to stay. So we spent 2 nights listening to our daughter scream bloody murder because we wouldn’t let her crawl around the bed. Not only did this make our trip very hard, little to no sleep, I am sure those around us where NOT thrilled listening to w baby scream for HOURS.

We had 4 kids in our group that looked forward to swimming in the pool, and were very disappointed that the pool was closed. Also we expected to have a crib available for the baby, and we’re told that the motel only had one crib and it was broken. On the good side, we were able to have a large family gathering in the lobby area.
