Sleep Inn & Suites

The bathroom fan was very loud when turning on and off. The towel step was cracked. You couldn't see the TV from the little couch. We called downstairs twice to speak to a manager and no one answered. The kids across the hall were loud and ran in the hall.

We stayed in 413 and the people next to us i believe were very noisy and the baby was crying all the time it would be 12 am and they were making alot noise pounding on the walls and and talking very loud and also when i first got there at the hotel room it was some kind of weird smell in the room but besides that everything was nice and the room was clean and i enjoyed the free breakfast Thank you !

The halls and elevators looked like they haven't been vacuumed in some time. The pool area was very dirty there were plastic bottles, papers and a cigarette butt in the corners. Most people like to stay in a clean environment. I stayed there last year and it was much better. When I come to VA next year Im not so sure if I'm going to chance the same situation. When I checked in the man that helped me was dressed in a T-shirt and gave me a room that was still being cleaned, unprofessional. The guests that were above me had a child that was running back and forth until 3 AM and at times it sounded like they were moving the furniture.However, the women that helped me check out ( she was the same women that I dealt with last year )is nice, helpful and professional. I did not complain to any of the staff I didn't want to be one of those.

Arrived late in the evening after a long drive. Front desk was pleasant. Booked an accessible room to have room for baby’s portable crib. Once to room it smelled heavy of human urine. Was moved to a new room but smaller so portable crib would not fit. Ceiling in lobby pealing/water damaged. Breakfast was decent definitely have had much worse.

We had a good stay it was a lot of fun. The rooms are nice it could be a little cleaner, dust on the running boards, little things like that. We stayed there for my child's birthday party. The kids had fun swimming and having a sleep over there. It made for a fun party.
