The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Our room was clean; we received fresh towels everyday. However, please note that if you reserve a King room, you only get 2 sets of towels but the staff will be happy to give you more. I appreciated the free breakfast! If you have children, you'll save some $! It's also less than 5 mins from the Busch Gardens and Water Country parks. I'll most certainly stay here again whenever we come back.

Busch Gardens trip. Very close proximity. Comfortable stay with the family. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Pool needed cleaning but no other complaints.

Perfect hotel for our family trip to Williamsburg. Room was spacious enough for 4 of us, clean, and quiet. Only issue was we got to the hotel early and they couldn't hold our bags at the hotel while we went to Busch Gardens. Other than that, location was mid way between Busch Gardens and Historic Williamsburg with a few nice spots to eat nearby.

Spent a few nights here on family vacation. Great distance to Busch Gardens and Water Country. The hotel was very clean and comfortable! Good breakfast every morning. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again’

The hotel is recently renovated. It has the newly feeling. TV program is not good. Couldn't find a single movie to keep kids entertained.

The walls were so thin that I heard every conversation and overstimulated child on our end of the hall. My bed creaked so much that the slightest movement woke me up. Breakfast was underwhelming, and several options were inedible -- undercooked, overcooked or tasted like I imagine a dish sponge tastes. All this would be fine if the costs weren't the same as a Disney hotel on the same weekend.

Been to this same Holiday Inn Express three times in past year. Once, in Dec, brought kids and day for a holiday celebration and had two suite rooms. Excellent rooms, very modern, updated, clean and comfortable. Will stay here again the next time we are in Williamsburg VA. This hotel is our favorite hotel for Busch Gardens (10 min drive) and Colonial Williamsburg and area. Great and fresh breakfast.
