The floor was not vacuumed. I stepped on a dirty fruit snack. Couch had stains, and the floor plan was terrible. I had to squueze between the couch and end of bed to get to my side of the bed. The back door entrance kept getting propped open by someone, despite closing it. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the rooms next to us, including the kids at 6 am.

Stayed here for a weekend family trip. When we got in on Friday night, all of the front desk staff was standing around talking. They seemed to be pretty young but their conversations were unprofessional. The room was nice! Ice maker in the hallway didn’t work for the duration of our stay. The bartender was fake nice. She looked as though I was bothering her when I approached as she scrolled through her phone. I ordered 1 single vodka cranberry and 1 double vodka cranberry. I’m not sure how that ended up coming out to $44? I found that to be a little ridiculous. The check in and check out process was seamless I will say so I really liked that.

My family and I had a one night stay. Check in was fast and friendly, the room seemed clean. The Starbucks cafe area in the lobby was appreciated by my wife. The cost was half of that of other hotels on McClaws Circle, and just as nice. I think we have stayed at all of them at one time or another.

I made a reservation for a room for two adults and two children nearly a month before our scheduled trip. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was shockingly denied check-in. As per management, the hotel was overbooked. I find this situation deeply concerning, especially given that I had made the reservation well in advance and was traveling with two young children. The receptionist's demeanor during this ordeal was notably rude, and there was no apology extended for the inconvenience caused.

The staff was courteous, room was clean and well kept. My kids and husband enjoyed the pool/hot tub while waiting for local attractions to open. Will be booking here again and recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Stayed here for a family fun weekend . Our room was moldy both my daughter and I suffer a mold allergy and the room definitely had mold. The bathroom light went out while there and the indoor pool was meh . The whirlpool had black stuff floating in it. When we brought all this to the attention of the the staff they just said sorry . Definitely will stay elsewhere next time

Checked in to a room late at night with two toddlers after a long drive. Once in our room there was no air, and no handle on the shower making it unable to be used, and a musty smell of mold. Moved to another room after bringing it to attention of the staff. Once at a different room, we had no hot water, half of the furniture was broken and there were bugs in the sink. If it weren’t for it being so close to the parks I would have paid an extra $20 to stay at a hotel that seemed much more accommodating and “in tact”. Staff was accommodating but facilities were horrible. For paying $240 I feel as though I was robbed.

Very convenient. The room was nice and clean. The hallways weren’t air conditioned for some reason and it was muggy and hot. Our door was propped open when we arrived so I made my kids wait in the hall while I made sure no one was in the room.

Very well kept up a nice employees. Someone complained about my service dog. PTSD guard. Dog at that.. unfortunately, we will be staying at another place, but other than that the place is absolutely amazing!! I’m still giving five stars and not four people just need to know what they’re complaining on..😂😂 I would definitely recommend this place to a family a friend that he does not have PTSD service dogs.
