We have stayed here several times, visiting family in the Roanoke area. The only thing that I didn't like this time was that we were near a pet friendly room, and a dog kept barking loudly.

My kids love their breakfast options and we all love the indoor pool. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay if you are shopping locally or transiting through. The kids who are guests here are loving the pool. We drove all day and wanted to get out for a walk. So we walked around the perimeter of the big shopping mall. And we wanted to walk to dinner, and there is a sidewalk from the hotel to the TGI Fridays and the Chinese Buffet. But - and this is a really small 'but' - the hotels in the area should all lobby the city to add more sidewalks and maybe walking trails in the area. On the other hand, maybe they have other priorities, which is understandable with current challenges.

We choose to stay at this Best Western during the Christmas holiday for three days for visiting families. The continental breakfast was included in hotel payment. The front desk person told us the hotel WAS NOT going to provide hot breakfast on Christmas day. There were families with children and elderly people without hot breakfast on Christmas day. The day after Christmas DIDN'T provide hot breakfast either due to worker not showing up at work. Where was the Manager or person in charge for this hotel? How could you treated people like this during the holiday staying? Two of three days staying without hot breakfast. We were very disappointed.

Bobby was an amazing with customer service the housekeeping was very kind and maintainece was very kind its a great plave to stay I say 2 to 3 days every 2 months and wont stay no where else due to the staff and privacy and family oriented there

A great place to stay: clean, friendly staff, helpful. Pool chemicals were very strong; burned the kids eyes. Breakfast was not what was advertised. No toast, danish, or muffins. A huge disappointment when you have 3 in your party that are big breakfast eaters. We had to go elsewhere to get breakfast.

Had a great time with our grandkids! The swimming pool and electric car chargers were a godsend. Great family hotel!
