This place was amazing!! Loved how they are very welcoming to families pets! They provide at no charge, pet bed and food bowls, they even gift you with a complimentary doggie bag holder at check in! Say what!!?? The pool center has a jacuzzi, the restroom next to pool has a shower with towels and shampoo!! The rooms were super clean and bathroom was gorgeous!!! I recommend

We checked-in only to be told hours later that we were put into the wrong room. My family was asked to pack up and move with no apology or offer to help with our luggage. We were extremely upset and disappointed with the level of customer service by the front desk staff. After discovering that our new room had no hot water we chose to leave a day early and return home than deal with the rude staff.
