Trash truck picked up dumpster at 5:00am and woke my family up. Paid parking was not shared until I booked the hotel room.

Very nice hotel. Ive stayed here a few times before and will stay again because i visit family nearby. The rooms very nice and clean. I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom is small, and the shower was hot but so so water pressure. I also dont like the idea of paying for parking

Good location but this Hyatt is a disappointment to all the Hyatt family. Rude customer service whim clearly not interested in working in the hospitality industry. Ps. Be aware as per management this Hotel has a 3 days cleaning policy so if you are staying for more than one day bring your own cleaning supplies and towels.

Its a low key place and a nice getaway for a couple to be romantic but not for kids. Was only 1 Tv in the room with double beds. There was nothing to separate the living room area from the bedroom. If u have kids with you and your trying to get nasty this is not the place. But overall its ok

We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. The room was good but the bathroom was a little small and hard to navigate. The hotel only had one elevator working so there was a long wait. The breakfast was just ok. We appreciated that the hotel allowed complimentary late check out so that we could visit family on Christmas Day. Overall, the hotel was the perfect location and price for our needs, especially since we could bring our dogs.

This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel, and my family was put in a sub par room on first floor which was next to stairwell, exit/entrance side door, and ice machine.. Not ideal while traveling with kids/family.. Also night shift seemed to be not well trianed for jobs, since they seemed nervous and overwhelmed with the amount of people showing up at check in..
