The parking was a rip off because a vehicle broke down & I paid for the night on that car. And Haddie to pat again on another car that was a replacement. Couldn’t reach anyone to help me with that. Had to ask for clean towels. Young people had a party on my floor. Wondering children that belonged to an employee who was working. Breakfast and the best was the best about my stay. Housekeeping half cleaned the room.

Large groups staying there, with many unsupervised children running around the hotel. Not a great way to spend our vacation listening to screaming kids the entire time. Couldn’t use the hot tub comfortably, the handicap chair sitting over the middle to it, unable to move it out of the way.

Was expecting 2 beds but one was a pull out couch, which was a joke. Wife and 2 babys got woken up by false fire alarm, which had apparently been going off all day the day before.

After a canx flight, I booked a room for me 2 children at 945 PM and promptly went to ground transportation. Called the hotel and was told the shuttle was at the airport and where I should wait. I waited. Called again and was told he was on his way. I waited and was hold for 30 minutes only to be hung up on. Another passenger called and was told the shuttle didn't run after 10 PM. I took an uber to the hotel and paid $27.40. Sunday morning, I asked about the airport shuttle and was told the shuttle does not run on Sundays until 4PM (i guess people don't fly before 4 PM). I had to call another Uber and paid $15.03. Regardless of HOW I booked the room (Expedia or directly with the hotel), their website states they have Airport shuttle. It does not indicate there are times or days it is not operating.

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last few years whenever we are in that area of the States. But each time we had my grandkids with me and they were really looking forward to using the pool. They are 3 and 8 years old. It was very disappointing. This time around the facilities didn’t seem as clean and the bench seating in the lounge area were very worn down. The sofa in sitting area of the suites is really poor quality for sleeping you can actually feel the springs and that was very uncomfortable. My nieces lives there and whenever we come to see them we were planning on staying at this particular location but I think we may have to try another hotel next time.

We didn't get the room that we originally booked -> a double bed suite. I remember I chose the double bed room from expedia reservation. We were instead given a king bed suite. The staff at reception was not helpful and just kept repeating same statement "You got what you booked" ten times with a rude tone. when I tried to show him what we booked on my phone. He was less than helpful and didn't even try to see in computer what we booked. He just wasn't willing to communicate and told me to accept what we got. My family has health issues where the sofa bed isn't comfortable. This accomodation wasn't comfortable for us. We just wanted to get back to home to comfortable bed instead of this hotel which has good amenities but we ended up getting a botched up reservation. It is either Expedia or Hilton reservation that messes up the guest expectation when during reservation you clearly show that it includes two double bed(queen) but end up getting a different one. The staff at reception then ends up raising their hands without offering any help. I will be careful using expedia in future as a result of this uncomfortable experience.
