Very clean, well-designed and comfortable room. The sink outside the bathroom is always helpful when traveling with family. Amazing number of reasonable dining options just across the road.

My family from out of town stayed and enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the convenience to restaurants, the grocery stores and access to Dulles Toll and other major roads. Import - the parking was convenient and secure.

The hotel is small but clean. The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom. The rooms are small the closet only fits 3 suits. You can hear sound in hallway and in rooms. This isnt a kid friendly hotel. No activities. No restaurant and lobby is also small. We booked for 3 night but stayed only 1 night.

Fairfield was not initially my first choice, however from here on out it will definitely by last when booking hotel stays. I booked this hotel stay for family wedding Aug 5-7 for a king room. Realizing your check in time was 3 PM on Aug 5 and my flight landed at 1230 AM I contacted the property the day before and spoke to a friendly woman that assured me a night had been added to the reservation and a late-night check was no problem. Despite making a call to confirm the addition of a night to my original reservation due to the fact that my flight arrived on August 5 late as a result of weather delays, we came in at 130 AM, and upon arrival there was no room ready. We were told our room rate would be double the original per night cost and that a king room would be available in the morning. The room provided to us was beyond disappointing for the 7 hours total we spent there. Our room had roaches, electrical tape on the bathroom fixtures and no hot water. In the morning we reported the issues and were informed that we would be moved rooms and compensated for nightly rate. Our new room provided was a king, was clean and had hot water. The issue with the switch was that after our first night in it, our room was not turned over and we were not provided clean towels. Prior to check we informed that we would only be provided $100 towards the first night which completely unsatisfactory. The room essentially looked clean but layers of dust on ice bucket, coffee maker and around TV. It made me wonder how good the rest of the room was cleaned. Loud… when I first walked in I thought the window was open because the traffic was so loud but it wasn’t. Garbage trucks behind the hotel emptied the big bins at 6:30, banging loudly. Rooms are small. I was by myself but would’ve been close encounters for a family.

The hotel staff was AMAZING in their friendliness, kindness, and willingness to help our family have a great time. Special shout-out to Ron at the front desk who consistently went above and beyond to show us fantastic hospitality.
