Very good for families because of the full size fridge and equipped kitchen. Rooms are clean and the air is clean. A bit too much smell of cleaning products. Breakfast is sugar with sugar but apart from that, good enough.

Great location for University visit. Walkable to downtown pedestrian mall for restaurants and shops. Large room with good amenities. Great for families. Brand new location. Very clean and modern. Nice lobby and outdoor area for sitting.

Large room but lacking in details. Thin sheets and no mattress or pillow covers. No silverware in the kitchen. The uncarpeted floors help noise from above travel. I heard every step of a child running back and forth. The bedding was a dealbreaker for me. There are other better options nearby.

We liked that the hotel was only a short walk to the Mall area. Beautiful, large rooms with full kitchen and refrigerator. Hot breakfast was very good. Unfortunately we had a very active family with young children above us and the floor insulation was inadequate to hold back the constant thumping of children running. I suggest you look to stay on the top floor to avoid this potential issue.

Check in was slow as the receptionist was missing for a while and then spent a long time calling around other hotels for a person that did not have a reservation despite a long line of people with reservations forming behind him. Worst part of the stay was the pool was out of order due to water acidity issues. This was the reason why we booked the hotel and the kids were crushed 😞 Breakfast was ok. It’s a bit of a free for all and the waffle batter machine stopped working but it was satisfactory. The room was clean and the bed was comfy but the corridor was fairly noisy until around midnight.
