We love staying here when I have to travel from several hours away to see a doctor at UVA. Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, feels safe. Decent pool which the kid loved.

Great place to stay. Very clean and staff is courteous. I needed to down grade from a family suite to a junior suite and it was so much quicker and easier than I thought it would have been it was no hassle at all. I will definitely stay here again and again.

My family and I had a perfect vacation~ First of all, the water was very hot, which is 100% hot for an older hotel! The swimming pool was also very clean and "usable", and the water was warm^_^Breakfast It’s as good as everyone said, especially the oatmeal! It’s not quick to cook! It’s super delicious~ I ate three bowls, and the sausage was also delicious, not the microwave kind.. In short, there is almost nothing to fault. BODO's bagels are right next to it, so you can enjoy delicious food at any time~

This hotel is so charming! We always go for the more affordable hotels and they are usually nothing special. But this one has a lovely and inviting lobby, a great breakfast and super pretty property. It's our go to home now when visiting Cville family. I really can't speak highly enough of the lobby, especially for morning coffee.

The building has a very old feel and is need of updating. It’s a non smoking building but people opened their windows and smoked anyway. Also, it may be dangerous to leave kids in the room in attended as the windows open very wide, even on the high floors. Hair on the floor in bathroom, and a dirt stained shower floor full of grime. I wish I would have spent another $75 to go elsewhere. Also, the house keeping woke me up at 9am by knocking, and then walked in on me at 10am after knocking; checkout is 11am so this was poorly executed. This also made me feel rushed in the way out. It’s better than an old motel, but a new motel may be better than this place in many respects.

This was a lovely hotel to rest for the night. The children were able to swim, we rested well, & we had breakfast before we started our day.
