We’ve been several times with our kids, we love golfing, playing tennis and swimming, the hiking trails and surrounding tourist attractions. It’s so pretty right now with the fall leaves!

Stayed here for my 40th birthday trip. Close to wineries and downtown. Had a great dinner at the Mill House for celebrating. Room was very quiet, grounds were beautiful. We are onsite at two other more casual options and food was excellent and service. While we didn’t golf, the course looked lovely and free putting at one restaurant. The outdoor pool was wonderful, our baby loved it, and the fitness center was huge. Only room dining is breakfast, which we did twice and was delicious and convenient. We had a great stay and will definitely be back in the future. Was a perfect family stay.

Because this resort is so spacious, our family enjoyed a lot of privacy and it felt relaxing. The pool and tennis facilities were a lot of fun during the summer. Rooms and restaurants are pretty and clean, food is yummy. Worth the extra cost compared to a standard hotel.

My family (inc. two teens) stayed in a lakeside views for 4 nights. We had a great time and loved the walkability and the sports/amenities. We were really impressed with the racquet club (gym, tennis, pickleball, basketball), which is included in the resort fee except for a small charge for racquet sports--only a fraction of the cost of renting a court at home. The indoor and outdoor courts were in terrific condition. The two pools are nice, but nothing super special. The putting course at the Birdwood golf course was fun and free and the courses looked awesome, but we didn't play. The rooms are nice--strongly suggest a bottom floor lakeview room where you can walk out to the field and lake, especially on July 4 weekend when there are fireworks right outside your door.

Very nice accommodations. Our neighbor had children that only knew one way to close a door, and that was to slam it. Unfortunately, the parents apparently didn’t seem to be bothered by it as much as my wife and I were. Renovations limited the dining experience, but we were alerted to that going in. Definitely would stay again.
