I requested a birthday cake for my children in advance. I was really impressed with the message card I received with the cake. The kids were overjoyed. Your professional hospitality is the best.

The hotel and staff service was impeccable!!! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and made you feel like family! Very personable! Food was incredible! I would love to stay at the Ritz Carlton for all our future trips!!

No pool, no hot tub, rooms were not connected as they should be, staff very friendly, lots of water bottles which was nice, no free parking option, we always stay at Marriott family hotel and although close to this s and very elaborate, the overall room quality was not better to equal what you pay and would expect from a 5 star hotel
