The shuttle was supposed topoperate until midnight. We were there at 11:45 and the hotel staff said the shuttle had left. We were with small children and had to get a taxi. That was frustrating.

2-fay-trip to DC with family and friends. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

The Chrystal City Marriott is well placed for easy access to Washington D.C. and for visiting relatives in Virginia. The room was adequate for 3 adults and 2 children. The staff of the restaurant on premises were especially welcoming and helpful. The menu options offered originality in choice and presentation. In short, we would choose Crystal City Marriott again and take advantage of the bar which we didn't do this first time.

My family of 5 stayed here (ages 1,6,8) and this place was amazing! So close to the metro, and we loved how clean and big the rooms were! Will definitely be staying here again!

Was close to Washington and the National Harbor, so ubering was inexpensive. The restaurant had good food except for the pizza which tasted like mayonnaise. The Covid 30 people allowed in pool area was a major inconvenience we booked the place for the indoor pool so we had to schedule a "pool time" for the kids which cut into our time to explore more of the area. I would book again but I would pay attention to the Pool Restrictions.
