Only one person on duty at the desk, frazzled and delayed by a family with multiple demands, requests and members. No luggage cart available.

This is a great hotel for seeing DC. The shuttle service to the metro was prompt and convenient.the rooms are large and the kitchen is a bonus for families.staff at checkin was super friendly and helpful. The Expedia deal with parking included was a great deal to do ahead of time.

There isn’t anything about the property that I didn’t like. My kids were disappointed that there isn’t a pool, but the close proximity to the airport is fantastic! The staff were all extremely helpful and kind. There was a lot of construction going on in the area which made parking worse and difficult to navigate around the area.

My kids really enjoyed the breakfast. The eggs were more "real" than at other hotel buffet breakfasts, and there was a larger variety. Our room was small but sufficient

Great place to relax, very clean and quiet. Great staff however parking is NOT FREE, there is a fee for parking. Stayed for my daughter's graduation for two days with family. Very reasonable rate.

All the staff that I encountered were friendly and very helpful from the moment we got to DC. The breakfast plentiful and had something for my entire family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in DC.

Spent the weekend visiting family. The room is perfect, spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The staff efficient making sure everything is replenished and cleanliness properly maintained. The only thing I would like them to improve is that the bathroom doesn’t have a vent. But overall, really exceeded expectations. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely recommend this place!

There were hundreds of kids in soccer tournament all over property yelling and noisy and I needed sleep. It was terrible.
