First time hopefully not our last. Since we walked in it was great. The staff was welcoming. Beth answered all questions and was very welcoming. But Debbie, wow. She was managing everything at breakfast. She was on top of it. Make sure every was refilled as soon as it finished. She was great. The room was big and comfy for my family and I. We enjoyed the pool as weak. The temp was Good for a late swim.

Excellent breakfast options included in your stay. Hotel is clean and has an indoor pool and gym. Great amenities. We stayed in the 2 br suite for our 2 families and it worked out well. Good launch point to Okemo and Mount Snow if you don't mind driving another 45-60 mins.

The facility was very family oriented. Staff, facility and its entire operation was outstanding. Location was remarkable. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Our family of five checked in at 11 PM into our three queen bed suite, only to find that it was dirty and not made. Considering there were no other suites available they offered to give us two queens and a pull out, only to find that that room was also dirty. Then they offered us adjoining rooms, one of which was dirty! 45 minutes later, with three young kids in tow, we finally check into two adjoining rooms that smelled musky and carpets felt wet from the Jacuzzis in the room. We were all too exhausted to move anywhere at that point and called it a night. The front desk was nice and apologetic but, I will never stay here again or recommend.

Staff was either not at the desk nor rude. Pool was closed for “maintenance”. That was not something disclosed at booking or check-in. Our two small kids were so disappointed as we booked this hotel for them to swim. Room was not very clean and garbage was in common areas. Will never return or recommend
