Hampton Inn & Suites Keene

Everything was lovely with the exception of breakfast. When we arrived we were greeted by Irene who was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and we slept like babies.

The place is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The only problem was that the pool was down. We did not need it but there was a family that was very disappointed.

Great location and excellent service. The pool was out of commission, which was disappointing to kids, but there was lots of other things to do in the area.

Had chosen this hotel for its pool and because we had stayed at other Hilton properties that were great and we were celebrating New Years with family and many issues caused this to not be a giod experience! This hotel is under 2 years old, and i will not stay here again. When i checked out i wasnt asked anything about my stay, just your all set and went back to talking to other staff. Started out pool closed but their solution was to drive through 2 round abouts to go to a different hotel to use there pool, which also had issues with when we did that. It was freezing cold outside this tonhave to get dressed to drive to a pool, when we were trying to avoid being on the road due to peooke who drink and drive this was upsetting. Then we couldn't hook up gaming system (never not had access to hdmi port at a hotel) this yet again ruined another planned activity. The windows have breeze around it where there was literal water on sill and half way up window. The bathroom had issues with safety, no no slip in tub we slipped both in tub and on floor, very dangerous. Air quality was bad in room, very dry. The pull cords for curtains were horrible, beds were hard as rocks, the breakfast eggs were nasty fake salty rubber and bacon was almost raw. I have satyed at many hilton properties and this was horrible! For such a new hotel i woukd have thought this was more like a Super 8. Basically inwasted hard earned money for a fun safe new year, given all these issues
