Hyatt House Provo/ Pleasant Grove

Rooms are always clean and quiet, you can walk next door or across the street for food and you have quick access to the freeway. We always stay here when we are here for work or visiting family.

Nice and clean rooms with plenty of space,friendly staff, Great hot breakfast. Great for families.

The hotel was incredible! From our room layout to the great staff and the best hotel breakfast we have ever had! We will stay here every time we visit family here.

My kids loved the outdoor pool, it was nice and warm and not crowded since it’s January! Decent breakfast and polite and helpful staff.

My wife and I stayed here because it was convenient for a visit with our newest grandchild. We booked through Expedia, but needed to extend our stay for one night due to a snowstorm. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful, especially Rylie, and the extension was seamless. Large, clean room, convenient location, helpful staff. What more could you want.

Enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House Provo/Pleasant Grove. My check-in was quick and I was upgraded, which was nice. The room was quiet and clean. Not always the case with hotels over a family holiday weekend. Breakfast was great with so many options including cooked to order omelets. I stopped at the front desk because I needed some medication for an oncoming migraine and they were a fantastic help so that I didn't need to leave the property.

My room wasn’t available an hour after check in. I needed the room with the bath to be able to bath my baby and they gave me a different room with a shower. The desk and the side tables had sticky brown spills. And behind the chair was socks and makeup like the room hadn’t been cleaned great.

Such a great place to stay, we will be back for sure! Front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The whole building was spacious and clean (especially our room and the pool). Only place I felt could use a vacuum was the stairways (and we only walked through once). The bathroom shower was spacious and the water pressure was powerful (you would not believe you were in a hotel). The bed and pillows were the best I have slept on in any hotel prior. I might come back just to get some decent sleep! The location was amazing! Besides the great view, everything was so close by and easy to get to. I didn’t have my kids this trip, but I would definitely bring them to this hotel next time I’m out that way. There is so much to do in this area! Loved our stay!!

The hotel is close to my family and easily accessible. Staff members are always welcoming and helpful.
