We love staying here! My kids love all of the museums and this time we did Luminaria. The hotel staff is always kind and our room is always comfortable. Thank you for helping us make family memories!

Great breakfast, good location, and very clean. Staff is very kind and friendly. Property is OLD and a little worn out, as far as the walls, furniture, fixtures, carpet, etc. Loved the extra trundle bed for our kiddos though and room was clean!

Staff was not very helpful. Hotel is older. Rooms are plenty big and bedding comfortable. Heater in the pool was broken and breakfast ends at 9:30 which is early when you have little children. The staff was in a hurry to end right at 9:30. Breakfast selection was very minimal. After our stay we were charged a "Parking Recapture Fee" per room. They did remove it after I called and complained. That was never disclosed.

We loved the space in the room that we had. It was nice having an area with a couch, desk, and an area with a sink other than the bathroom sink. This allowed us to wash our baby's bottles nicely instead of having to use the bathroom sink. The only complaint is that the bed sheets were not washed. There were stains on my bedsheets that looked like ice cream stains and there were stains on my daughter's bed that looked like soda got spilt. It upset me after you are charged $50 dollars for just having a pet stay with you and $5.00 cleaning fee for having a pet. You think the room would be spotless? Everything else was clean in the room.

The chlorine smell was so strong on all the floors. My eyes were burning the whole time. It made swimming miserable for my kids and myself watching them.

Nice hotel but for a family of four the double beds (if they are even that big) dont cut it. Cramped for space.

No hot tub. Website and this listing say hot tub but no spa was out of order. Apparently for months. So the listing should have been updated. That’s a big reason we booked. So that’s not ok to do that and not upgrade your listing or website. Our TV did not work and at. Tried to deal with it but night with kids and not having a tv is a big hassle. Too late to even ask to change rooms. Breakfast was ok but not that good. There are ton of better options to stay within 2-3 min. There are better stays even 10 min north or south.
