Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Orem - North Provo, an IHG Hotel

The check in was fine but the staff was not friendly at all. The breakfast was ok but nothing above average. The hotel was clean and well taken care of overall but my sheets had a stain when I got into bed so I slept on top of the covers. There was some very loud kids the first night and I called the front desk as it was after midnight and yelling and screaming in the halls but it continues for about 45 minutes and nobody appeared to even care or be concerned with it.

I visit my college student about 3 times a year in Provo and have stayed at 6 different hotels around the same price point, and this one is definitely one of the best. The room and hotel in general was really clean, the rooms are a bit outdated, but they didn’t feel “old” because they were maintained well. Property was nicely kept, the kids loved the heated pool and Jacuzzi, although it was a bit small for the number of people using it on weekends, so if you’re wanting a swim, don’t go on weekends or evenings, it’s absolutely packed full of families. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast, but my husband said it was good and that they had a lot of choices especially the hot breakfast. Staff was super helpful and friendly and it was located super close to UVU which is where we were visiting my daughter at. The ONE drawback is that it’s right off the busy freeway, so it’s pretty loud. I spent the first few hours thinking the window was open because of the traffic noise, but it was just loud. Overall, I give this place a 9.5/10 for the price and features, and I will definitely stay here again when I visit, it’s much better than similar options in the same area.

Check in was good. Front desk clerk was helpful and checked in the pool area frequently. Keeping it clean and the rowdy kids in check. Hot tub was hot and pool was room temp but not cold. Breakfast was ok. Sadly the hot water was out but the microwave in the room worked.

Stayed in a double queen Suite with pull out couch. Plenty of room for my husband, myself and our 3 kids (2 teens and a elementary age) might be small if younwete staying more than a couple nights but was great for what we needed

The staff was absolutely fantastic. I have four kids who have never stayed in a hotel and they thought that it was the most fantastic place ever.

The stay and extended stay is going well. Unfortunately Hotels.com was not helpful in extending our stay. I was able to go to the front desk and extend our day 3 days and book rooms for three more families coming to the funeral.

This hotel was awesome, nice and clean…accommodating for our family of 6…free breakfast was amazing and delicious, even the kids loved it. We just stayed one night while on the road and it was great here.

We stay here often while visiting family. It's clean, comfortable, nice pool and hot tub and good breakfast with options.

Very friendly staff. Kid friendly, provides breakfast foods that kids like. The indoor pool was also a winner for the kiddos.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, pool was clean, and the breakfast was hot with a nice selection. All around good stay for our family.
