Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Provo Orem

Room was clean and spacious but smelled a little. We appreciated the free breakfast with lots of options for our four kids. The gym area is nice and the staff was friendly.

The best part of the hotel is room had comfortable beds. Even though it is located right off the freeway, you couldn’t hear the noise from the cars. Breakfast was very basic with three hot options each day. They ran out of food and/or milk on several days. Cereal was the best choice for food or using the waffle mix at the hotel. One of the days, there were kids knocking on people’s doors and running away. They did it throughout the day. The hotel staff did nothing about it. One day, at 3 AM, a group people were talking and laughing incredibly loud in the hallway and they stayed in the hallway before moving outside. They woke me up with how loud they were and the front desk did nothing. It is located close to the freeway, a grocery store, and several fast food places.

Great for a family, clean

Our stay was phenomenal. The check in staff was superb. The hotel is quiet, clean and easy to access. They have a good variety of snacks for purchase in the snack store. We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when we visit our family in Utah.

Near 15 and easy access to Sundance. Indoor pool and exercise room was available but I didn’t use either. Coffee was terrible. The complimentary breakfast was probably fine for little kids but I recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. Fresh fruit like apples and bananas were nice.

They had everything in our room and ready to go for our family. Heat was on too!!
