I was staying for business and wanted to avoid eating out, so the kitchen was great. Thebkitchen plus complimentary breakfast (on Sat & Sun only) makes this place very cost-effective for longer stays. Everything was clean and in great condition. My room had a fold-out bed and officially sleeps 4, Only problem I have is a walk-in shower with no tub, or I would definitely stay here again with my family. I like a good soak sometimes.

My daughter had her small private wedding here in the conference room. We reserved the room for just 4 hours but the staff told us we could use the room all day if we wanted too. Our family reserved 5 hotel suites and every room was very clean and comfortable. My suite was handicap accessible and it was wonderful. The shower was wheelchair accessible and the blinds and curtains were remote control operated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A very nice breakfast was provided as well.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if not for a couple issues I’ll share in a second. The hotel was lovely, the room was spacious, breakfast was unique and delicious with so many options each day, both hot and quick. Location is a little weird but everything is pretty close still- 5 minute drive. The huge downside is I was traveling with my three kids and specifically chose this place because of the good comments about the pool. Well, I arrive to find the pool will be closed for several days. I understand that is t the fault of of the front desk workers but they were unacommadating and acted like it’s no big deal. The pool closure was not mentioned on hotels.com so they said it’s my fault for not knowing. They do give you passes to the Rec center (which is an amazing place) but not convenient. We planned on swimming in the pool morning and night to fill some time which cannot be replaced by the Rec center. When I asked for pool towels to take to the Rec center- they said they didn’t have any. Which doesn’t make sense since they have a pool and no one is currently using the pool towels. Again the interaction implied that I was at fault for not bringing towels (for a stay at a hotel that has a pool?), and that I was inconveniencing them. Oh well. If there were better attitudes at the front desk and a working pool my review would be much better.

We booked this hotel for a weekend dance competition. I booked this hotel Because it was close to the convention center and had a pool that our kids could play in during our downtime. When we checked in the pool was closed because the heater was broken which is the Main reason I booked the hotel. With 5 kids staying with us we needed a pool as something for Them to do! This was a little disappointing. When talking to the front desk they did give us free passes to the city’s Rec center which definitely made up for the lack of hotel pool. I also did notice the floor was dirty upon arrival as though it had not been vacuumed. We also had a late check out scheduled for 2pm. At 9 am hotel cleaners came and knocked on the door. We told them we did not need the room cleaned and have not checked out yet. She then came back around 11:20am she knocked and then opened the door!!!! I then told her we had a late check out at 2pm. That was a little frustrating. Overall, the property was convenient the front desk employees were very kind!

Highways in wyoming shut down stranding me and my family. Called to cancel reservation and was informed they are keeping all of my money even though it is impossible for me and my family to get there. They gave all kinds of policy justifications and excuses but in the end it’s simply taking all our money for them doing nothing. Will never use their businesses again nationwide….despicable especially during holidays.

It looks like a super nice hotel with suites but as soon as we got to the room I found a dirty black sock on the floor. I opened a draw and found an old food wrapper with crumbs, then I opened the drawer that held the silverware the silverware was messed up and dirty plus there were smashed ritz crackers in the drawer. So gross! Also the cabinet with pans had a dirty disposal glove that looked like someone took off and left it. Also the next morning at breakfast we found out they had just put chemicals in the pool ( traveling with kids). We had to wait around for it to open and then we still had to go ask for towels from the front desk for the pool. We brought up the issues in the room 2 different times and they didn’t seem to care at all. Very disappointed it what could have been a nice hotel!!
