Everyone was so helpful, especially as I had to take my family home early because of an illness with my pup. The staff are very accommodating and the resort is beautiful. The only issue right now is construction. I’m sure once it’s complete. It will be very nice.

We stayed for 6 nights in the Mountain side 1 bedroom suite with my husband and 2 kids. The surrounding area and tye nature is amazing. The rooms on the ither hand need an update. Housekeeping did not clean the room the entire time even though we called and requested it twice. I gave up and vacuumed myself. It was unexpected for a room we paid $700 per night. We ordered food a few time from room service and it was delivered in paper bags in 20F weather ice cold.

This is a very beautiful and unique property. However, I did not realize when booking that the unit was not air conditioned. It was 105 degrees that day, and the loft with bunk beds my kids couldn’t wait to sleep in was completely unusable. The indoor temp was over 90 degrees and did not cool down despite open windows and fans. Also, despite having prepaid the room through Expedia, I was still charged the room rate by the property upon checkout and had to spend an hour getting it taken of through Expedia. Very disappointing considering I paid over $500 for one night.
