Trinidy at the front desk took extra good care of our family during our check in process. The next morning we had a tired baby, and again the AM front desk associate was so generous about giving us a complimentary late check out so the baby could continue comfortably napping in the pack n play before heading home. We were so grateful and had so can a nice, relaxing stay. Thank you l!

Not the best house keeping. We had issues with our first room and until I said give me a contact over you and the manager they then helped and put us in a villa for sane rate but should have done this in the first place. Also the clean not great dusty and dirty. Didn’t like or care for the note on the fridge about having to take out your own trash and that housekeeping only comes every four days but they don’t provide enough in the room to last you those four days and then they’re gonna charge you a cleaning fee if you don’t take the trash out. Like you want limited for cleaning so you limit the work they have to do, not great customer service. The resort itself was nice. The amenities were nice inside hot tub down inside pool extremely cold, Mother’s Day Brunch was good. Kids Love the carnival and I understand it probably cost more money to have somebody there Station there but I think this would make it a better experience. I’d like to see more dining than just the main expensive restaurant. The lounge is not kid friendly, and the bakery has limited time and limited food.

Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before someone arrived to check us in. Rooms are beyond outdated, phones do not work, was told they had room service and they do not. Was also told pool was heated and hot tub was working only to show up with kids in tow for an ice cold indoor and outdoor pool with no inside hot tub working and a nasty completely full outdoor hot tub. Never will I return

The Zermatt was a lot of fun! The decor was unique, and it was very clean and comfortable. We loved the amenities such as the pool and wellness center(gym). We will be taking the family back there for sure!

Overall nice place but definitely not the resort experience I was expecting. It wasn’t booked full yet we were placed in a building with ongoing construction. There were limited amenities and no real spa to speak of. Advertised as a family friendly resort yet families were turned away from the only open dining area due to the bar and their children’s presence. No microwave or mini fridge which made it difficult due to the holiday and business closures. Disappointed in the experience as a whole.

No place to eat with kids if it’s later

We like to go in the fall with all the leafs changing colors. This time the TV remote did not work, missing a battery, tried calling front desk but that was worthless. It said I was number 2 in the que but it went from wait time 2 minutes to 15 minutes. Did the call back but never got a call back. Went to front desk and it was busy so it was very frustrating. The pool was over crowded and kids throwing balls disturbing everyone around them. There was a pool attendant but I think she was just there for the towels. My daughter with special needs got hit in the face so we left. Honestly I did not enjoy my stay this time

Great experience. Staff were so nice with my family especially with my toddler. Just that gives them an A+!

I reserved a fireplace room for a quiet romantic weekend. the fireplace didn't work, there was a wedding party outside our bedroom window, the children running in the halls, the hot tub was full of children unattended, the restaurant on premise for dinner was poor at best and the only place for breakfast coffee and a pastry was only standing room outside...in the rain (which was not their fault). The staff on the other hand were nothing less than wonderful. Great service just a poor facility.

I called the property the day prior asking when my stay was . They told me the next day . I drove my family and I got to the property only to find out they were mistaken . That my stay was the next day . I had no choice but to pay for an extra night . What I paid for the hotel vs what we got was awful . The hotel is on poor condition . The staff acts like they are asleep have zero concern for anything . They legit could care less . Luckily we got a view of the gross unkept pond outside . Literally would never come back here in a million years . The hotel is legit depressing . Awful
