This was a great homebase for our family trip to Zion. It’s within walking distance to the park. Right on the free town shuttle to head into town for dinners. Our boys loved the pools and we enjoyed the hot tubs. Staff is very friendly and helpful with great dinner recommendations.

Loved this place! The location was perfect; able to walk to the market, to restaurants, and to the visitor center. The grounds were gorgeous—lots of grass and right by the river! Beautiful view of the mountains. We stayed two nights and my grandkids and I would say good morning and good night to “our” mountain each morning and evening. There were 3 adults, a 6 year old, a two year old, and a 9 month old in our group so the suite was a good setup for us. The room was not really 5 stars, but we would definitely stay again!

Very family friendly

The hotel was beautiful. Staff upgraded my family to a suite. Looking outside, daily, we say deer lounging on the property. The hotel was a few minutes from the entrance of Zion National Park. WOW. The restaurant offered a good selection of food and the staff was perfect. Everything was perfect!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near Zion National Park and I can't express enough how impressed I was with the experience. My family of five stayed in their two-bedroom suite and we were blown away by the beautiful hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, providing more than enough room for all of us. It had a large balcony that overlooked the river and the serene relaxing pools. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The property was meticulously maintained, with beautiful decor. We loved the multiple gas fireplaces and the comfortable lawn chairs on the grass that allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking river views. The hotel had two outdoor pools. One of them was a larger pool complete with a hot tub, while the other section had two smaller, more intimate pools that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Zion National Park. To add to the convenience, the hotel had an on-site restaurant that was open to both guests and the public. The food was absolutely delicious, and we took advantage of their "hikers menu" option, which was perfect for packing lunches. For just $15, you could get a wrap, a side, and a drink, all neatly packed in a souvenir cooler bag. It was a great way to enjoy a tasty meal on the go. The hotel is within walking distance of the local market, coffee shops, and, most importantly, Zion National Park itself. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Definitely recommend !!!

The king suite was way overpriced. At $2000/night it was just two connecting rooms with a large and useless kitchen in between. Not luxury at all. I would not recommend it, even for a large family. Save your money and get two separate rooms instead.

The room was warm and cozy with a great view! We got a room upgrade after asking upon arrival which was a nice surprise and got a slightly larger room with a suite side which would be very convenient if you had kids traveling with you. We enjoyed the hot tub on the property which was a short walk from the room and very nice.

The staff was incredible, friendly, always ready to help, Arnold was amazing in helping to plan activities and give suggestions. We did an incredible ATV tour and other tours with his assistance. The staff there was always willing to help make your stay amazing! The restaurant was huge for us, we have 3 children and needed a place to eat for ease. The pool/ hot tub were lovely and the river in the back was a nice surprise! We had a great family trip and I would highly recommend this hotel.
