Very clean, we ended up staying in a wheelchair accessible room. The shower was cool, it was a big bathroom with no curtain on the shower and no lip between the shower and the rest of the restroom. Our kids thought that was cool.

Very nice seems like new property 👍 close to Arch national park breakfast was good staff is welcomed and responsive we would definitely recommend it to our family and friends ☀️

New, clean, modern facilities. Kids love the rain shower in our bathroom. Friendly staff. Room wasn’t ready for check-in at 1 pm, but we could use the restroom and store luggages before heading to Capitol Reef. However, I noticed extra guests fees on my receipt days after checking out. We are a family of 4. Not sure whether the extra fees were disclosed at the time of booking.

The only aspect of the hotel I was not happy with was the bathroom. The ‘barn’ door to the bathroom has no lock and no way to open from the inside. This may be great for families but not for friends who are rooming together. The rest of the hotel was beautiful. It was so clean it looked like it might have just been built.

Loved the tiny home! It was new, clean and a fun change. It was great for my larger family too so we could all be in the same place. The only big downfall was we had hoped to be able to cook some of our own meals in the kitchen but there was NO COOKWARE or DISHES. Usually when a place has a kitchen those items along with a sponge, dish soap, dish towels, dish rags and oven mitts are provided. I recognize that this is a new venture for this company so hopefully the next time we stay there they will have these items. If you stay here and are planning on preparing some of your own meals be sure to ask before you go as there aren’t many places to buy cookware.

Room is clean but the front desk should improve service and arrange rooms for residents. We do have a big family and booked for 2 rooms, I asked to have room close to each other, but he gave us the room on different side!!! That is terrible

At some point someone threw a dirty diaper or did worse into one of the three trash cans outside the door--so bad I dry heaved every time I am through the entrance/exit. After three days I alerted staff. After five days it was still there and I left. Add that to the fact the hot tub and pool were 'closed for the season' without prior acknowledgement of that. And whoever designed the parking lot and hotel layout...wow. I've seen better planning in children's Lincoln Log construction. There are MANY hotel options in Moab so it won't be a problem to find a new place to stay in next time.
