Absolutely loved the hotel. Great location in downtown Moab. Hotel was clean, pool area was unique and lovely, my 10 year old loved it. Breakfast was simple but good. All the staff was super friendly and polite with the exception of the very rude front desk kid that seemed to be hiding in the back room on his device most the time. Fantastic Hotel highly recommend it. Could use a more friendly polite front desk attendant though.

This hotel is a bit older but super clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and so is the breakfast room. It has an indoor outdoor pool with hot tub and the kids in the hotel seemed to love it. Front seat staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Always a great place to stay in Moab. Scrmbled eggs and sausage along with waffles and several continental breakfast options. Comfy rooms and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The indoor-outdoor pool is open year round, which is a big hit with the kids...

We booked last minute on a road trip, wanting an easily accessible location and pool for the kids. This hotel delivered! They had a blast in the pool, we had an easy check-in experience, and our stay was great. Would definitely recommend.

Explore national parks with family. Beds were good. Clean rooms. Breakfast was a complete let down. The only protein they provided was hard boiled eggs (which were disgusting and inedible) and sausage (also nasty). So we carb loaded off the bread and bagels. I like herbal tea and hot chocolate but they didn’t have those either.

Hotels.com puts my wife’s name on our stays when we use her debit card to pay for a booking. It’s lame, but what are we going to do? This was a very comfortable place to stay. We were lucky to be close to the breakfast area. It looked like some rooms would require quite a hike to get to breakfast. I don’t like the current trend of raised sink counters and the sink area having no privacy when we’re traveling with our 16-year-old daughter, but it’s cheaper for hotels when they don’t have to add a wall for semi-privacy, so I get it. It just makes it difficult to manage my disability, plus we’re just very modest people. The one inconvenience was that the “Guide” button on the TV remote control didn’t work. The room was clean and had all of the amenities. Even the hair dryer had an acceptable amount of power. Not as good as Home 2 Suites, but not bad. There was always a good variety of breakfast fare and the staff kept it stocked. The dining room was a bit small on a couple of mornings, but it was easy enough to take food back to our room to eat. We were happy that we stayed here for three nights of our six-night family road trip.

Overall it was clean and convenient. They do not have an actual fitness center, it is two cardio machines and one cable, we ended up having to get a day pass at the gym down the street. Breakfast was basic continental but is adequate for a quick bite. Location was good, we walked to town with no problem. Lots of noise due to lots of families with crying kids and we were on the second floor, sounded like the people above us were going to come right through the ceiling when they walked.
