Radcliffe Moab

Gravity Haus uses photos of its other properties so when you pull up to the one in Moab, Utah it is on a highway NOT in the mountains which was very deceiving. The room is indeed beautiful but if you are heavier you will have problems in the bathroom as very narrow! The pool/jacuzzi is beautiful but it is not connected to the hotel. You have to walk across the parking lot. Recently they closed the restaurant onsite. But, they have no shop inside meaning, no water, chips, snacks, aspirin. NOTHING. (yes they have a water machine with little cups) You must walk across the street to City Market. Not even a coffee machine. In your room you have an espresso machine which most people do not drink and most people will not understand how to use. So for that reason I am saying go down the street and stay someplace else. For 300.00 even 250 if is way overpriced. They need to get some amenities in for travelers. We do not want to arrive to have to go over to City Market just because we want a snack. I would say this hotel is for adults not children.

My husband & I stayed in moab traveling to arizona to see my family. We have never stayed at one of these hotels but we will again. We loved how the lobby smelled ince you walked in. Will stay again.

We stayed with my family and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We loved our room! We definitely will stay there when we come back.

Thought we try a different hotel. The property is clean. It was near the Arches National Park, about 9 mins. But we were very disappointed with the receptionist' service of us when we came in. No one was in the lobby, I was calling "hello" few times and even went to the restaurant area hoping somebody will let us know if somebody is coming. It took that receptionist few more minutes before attending to us knowing we were there already. Even when we checked out, she didn't even ask how was our stay. Not even a thank you or have a good day! The place itself is clean, but pricey and poor service and not accomodating front desk. We will definitely not going to recommend this place to friends or family because of front desk poor service. Better to stay again to Springhill Suites with free breakfast.

Nice shower and the bed was amazing slept like a baby. Larger room was nice as well.

A new and modern hotel. Good location right off Main Street close to brewery. We liked the room and pool areas best. The least favorite thing was walking across the street to Starbucks every morning because they just left two packets of Folgers coffee in the room. A few other small things was no kid friendly menu items in upscale restaurant on site and more overpriced than other good meals we found. You also have to ask for room service each day and no gym on site if that’s important to you. It’s a newer hotel and overall good value for price.

Great beds, wonderful shower. Staff was very friendly! Loved the nice new feel and cleanliness. Location easily walkable to dining and shops. Grocery store right next door. Pool area a bit separate from main building…through parking lot…but very nice. Has shallow but wonderful salt water pool, two hot tub areas, fire pits, bathrooms with showers, towel area and outdoor shower rinse off station. Our family really enjoyed it in the Moab summer heat!

Modern, convenient and friendly. Teen kids loved it!

I love this place! It is very conveniently located and brand new. It's got a great shower, great beds and was very clean. Also there was plenty of parking space.The staff was amazing. All in all a 100% recommendation! ps. some people mention the traffic but that is only a problem if you get disturbed very easily. I slept like a baby.

Best place for your furry pet family member. Very nice manager and everyone that works there.
