Noisy during the night, and child went to bathroom in pool

The hotel is quite nice...room was clean and it wasn't too terribly noisy, even with kids around. Hot shower and breakfast was very tasty and filling. Great stay overnight!

This is one of the nicest Best Western's I've stayed in! Our room was comfortable, clean and modern. The hotel itself is well maintained and sufficiently staffed. The location is perfect for walking around Moab. We had two sinks/ mirror countertops in our room which was perfect for me and my two daughters to get ready. There were plenty of towels in the room as well. Breakfast was wonderful, with fresh omelettes, sausage and bacon, as well as fruit, yogurt, cereal, pancakes and much more. Diego the breakfast attendant was very helpful, polite and worked hard to keep the area clean and help guests, I was disappointed I had no cash to tip him. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Hotel is beautiful!!! Many outside seating areas to relax and enjoy the sights!! We would definitely return and recommend to our family and friends!!!!

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights during a visit to Arches NP. It’s conveniently located near the park but on a main road, so we heard a lot of truck noise. The walls were thin and reverberated when our neighbor swung his door against the wall. Breakfast was good and the staff attentive. It was great to utilize the fitness room and laundry room. Overall, a good stay.

No bikes allowed in the room in Moab, are you kidding me? This should be disclosed upfront to me, if Id known this I would have NEVER booked this hotel!!

This hotel is great for families. The staff are friendly and attentive, the property is well maintained and clean. Right in the middle of downtown and accessible to many restaurants.

My partner was reluctant to agree to stay in this hotel for our vacation because of the price. I have stayed at Best Western hotels before and I knew we were going to be happy with this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful inside and the pool and upper deck are great for relaxing after a day of hiking. The beds are semi firm, which we loved. The breakfast buffet is more complete than most other hotels and the breakfast staff paid close attention to cleaning up and keeping plenty of food available for everyone. There was an evening when we didn’t feel like dining inside so we bought takeout and dined at one of the many outdoor umbrella tables on the upper deck. There were other families doing the same thing. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation at this place.

This was our family's first stay in Moab and if/when we come back we will definitely stay here. Perfect location downtown, great facilities. Everything we could have asked for.

We loved the suites, they were great for our family of 5. We will definitely stay here again.
