Comfort Suites Kanab National Park Area

Comfort suites never seems to disappoint. Our family may make this our go to from now on! Thank you.

Our ac unit was broken, the wall unit was replaced while we were in the room and that still didn’t work, the whole night our family sweat and it was over 85 in the room, we would go in the hall and it was cooler than the room. The front desk was not able to help.

Comfort Suites could get 5 stars from me. It had a lot of good features. I reserved a room with a king-sized bed and a sofa bed for my family of three. The room was spacious and clean; however, the sofa bed was in horrible condition and impossible to sleep on. I complained to the office and requested a room with two queen-sized beds. They said there was no available room and that all pull-out sofa beds were in the same condition. The room had another small and narrow sofa, and one of us ended up sleeping on it for 4 nights. DISAPPOINTING!! I hope the hotel manager sees this comment and is encouraged to update the sofa beds.

The pool was perfect temperature and clean; same with the hot tub. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The best part was the location on the little downtown strip next to dining ice-cream shop and shopping. My kids loved it.

We booked a room with two queen beds and sofa sleeper and it was advertised to sleep up to 6 guests. We booked one night for 2 adults and 3 children. Upon first inspection of the room, the queen beds looked as if they were doubles and the sofa sleeper mattress was so uncomfortable, my 11 year old daughter chose to put the mattress away and sleep on the sofa. And after a nights sleep, it was definitely confirmed that the mattresses were in fact doubles, not queens. The name is “comfort”, but this was not in any way a comfortable stay.

Good place for a family stay

Great hotel! Clean and great service. Our kids loved the pool. The FREE breakfast was incredible. I emphasize free because I can't understand people who complain about free breakfasts. Biscuits and gravy, original or blueberry waffles, various juices, yogurt, cereals, pastries, etc. Sure there would be the occasional line for the waffles, but it was still faster than if we were to go somewhere else to get breakfast. It was great and we sincerely appreciate the hotel and staff for such a good offering and for working so hard to keep things stocked and clean.

Room was wide and clean. Enjoyed pool with kids. It was nice having hot tub as it was a little cooler than we’ve expected in mid August about 25C.

The room above mine was very noisy and probably occupied by family with jumping children. Suggestion: try to place families on the first floor, and single people on higher floors. Breakfast area was VERY crowded and unruly. The room was great, clean, and supplied.

This was a great experience for my family. Everything was clean and exactly what we needed. We also had a pet and all that was connected to pets was also excellent. The pool was the best part for my kids. We made a lot of time to swim in this very fun pool!
