Very nice Best Western. It’s been a while since I stayed in one. We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3.

Well maintained older hotel. Rooms were large and clean. Hotel was being used by firefighters doing control burns on the north rim of the grand canyon so no one was at the hotel during the day. My family had full use of the pool and game room. We were able to walk to the hollywood sets from old westerns made years ago. The museum was great and within walking distance. The staff were great as was the full breakfast provided. We'd stay again no problem.

Had two different rooms for this stay. In the 1st room, front desk gave our room to another family 30 min after we checked in. Additionally, the connecting room door was a single door and the guests in that room banged on the door at 11 pm telling us to cut down the noise...we were watching a movie and having normal noise conversations. So we moved to a different room the next morning and after being gone all day, we had crashed about 10:30 pm. At 11:30 pm, we were awakened by someone coming into our room and turning on the lights. Once again, the front desk had given our room to someone else (and we were so tired we forgot to put on the chain and deadbolt). Overall, nice place, decent rooms but the front desk is lacking on procedures.

This place was great! The kids loved the pool. There were plenty of other kids to play with there. It’s right in the middle of town, and so close to all the national parks. I travel a lot for work, and this place has the best continental breakfast I’ve had for a very very long time, and the people maintaining it were great. The people at the front desk were very friendly and hospitable with any requests or suggestions. Thank you so much for making our stay great.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good, especially with Covid restrictions. The hot tub was open and clean! There was a fun game room area that was unexpected and cool! My kids had fun during some down time. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had a game room. My kids loved it! It had a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table and pin ball machines! I’ve never seen anything like this at a hotel. Breakfast was great and the family suite was nice too. Only complaint is the room had a smell. Not a good smell.
