It was very good customer service and they accomated me & my family and service puppy. Very clean and spacious and great TV viewing. We traveled here due to hurricane Beryl and it was a good decision, since we were out of electricity for 3 days back in Pasadena TX. Thank you Akayla for being a great person and keep up the amazing attitude and customer appreciation! ❤️

Its was peaceful friendly environment. The room was spacious clean fresh. The bed are comfortable to sleep in. For sure i will recommend my family and friends to stay in this hotel.

It was an amazing time staying at Lone Star Suites and Imn. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The service and the continental breakfast is well served and great service. There alot of parking space its a quite peaceful place to rest i would recommend my family and friends to stay there .
