Days Inn by Wyndham Victoria

It was an easy check in and staff were friendly. I just didn't realize the hotel didn't have a pool and the kids were a bit bummed by that. Overall it was fine.

Bath tub was slanted, walls we're bubbled, shower curtain rod was broken, the carpet turned our feet brown, stuff left from previous customers, dirty/stained sheets and blankets, room smelled like wet clothes, mold on bathroom ceiling, hairs in sink and brown residue I cleaned off toilet. Im just happy we werent kid napped in our sleep.

When I checked in, late in the evening, the AC wasn’t working, and there was no one to check it out. I was offered to change rooms, but declined because I was already “moved in” and wished to keep my handicap room. It was promised that it would be fixed the next day. I was away the next day, and when I returned in the evening, I had a brand-spanking-new AC! I had clean linens each day. My four-night stay started off a bit rocky, but was a wonderful stay in the end! The bed was really comfortable. I was visiting family, and all I needed was a place to shower and lay my head at night, and Days Inn completely fit the bill!

Everything went smoothly. Several family members stayed here and we had a late evening snack and fellowship at the long dining table in the lobby. Have stayed here before and will continue when I come up from Corpus Christi. Thank you for keeping the room rates affordable.

My hubby is disabled the bathroom and room was too small to accommodate his walker causing him to fall twice! The bedspread was soiled a dark stain on it ! The ac was loud and the family of screaming children in the room next to us was disturbing! The breakfast was sparse! The staf was very pleasant and courteous! The room was very inexpensive!

Being that my family needed a room for only one night (to attend my grandfather’s funeral), we decided - for the first time - to go w/the 2nd cheapest rate found...BIG mistake. It started with the not so pleasant front desk, & continued on to the stained bedspread & stained 2nd layer blanket. When we returned from the evening service, 5 large utility trucks took up most of the already limited parking, so we were told by the front desk staff to park at an adjacent hotel that is connected by a grassy knoll. So we parked & walked. At night, I was kept awake by the coughing gentleman next door - since the walls are so thin. All in all, horrible experience. We learned we should have just paid the extra $15 to stay at the hotel where we ended up parking.
