We had a lovely family trip. Our room was spacious and clean with two queen beds and sofa. It was perfect for our little family (my husband and I and three kids). We really enjoyed the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. We will be back for future trips!

Our stay at Springhill Suites was very comfortable and was in a convenient location to our families in the area. The water pressure in the shower was decent and the furnishings were comfortable. We didn't utilize the room much as we were with family, but it was laid out well and very quiet even though it is next to a hopsital and busy street. Staff were very pleasant and check-in and check-out were a breeze. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Only fruit was apples and the orange juice was very watery one of the days (we stayed 3 nights). Would stay here again.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and big that can accommodate 6 members. Good for families with upto 4 kids. Location and surrounding were good even though it was next to a hospital, The AC was an issue for us. It made a loud sound that prevented me from getting sound sleep. The breakfast was decent but it was so crowded that one employee in charge of breakfast wasn't able to keep up with items that were running out.

It’s a good location to stay at. It’s very comfortable and very clean and it looks very new. The few things I didn’t like was that I paid for the view which was of just the retention field they have and the hospitals so no real view. And I didn’t like the charge for parking which it’s not like they are in any short supply of. They give you a parking permit but doubt anyone really checks. The trundle bed was a nice thing to have but we didn’t bring the kids. The breakfast was a little better with the potatoes.

I had to find a hotel very last min. The whole process was easy, From booking to checking in to checking out. The staff is extremely helpful and very very sweet. Fav thing is the morning breakfast. I have family in ATX I guess I just need to make this hotel my #1.

Hotel and room were very clean and well cared for. The front desk staff was great. We were placed on bottom floor while people above us had kids that ran around until 11:30 pm. Sounded like hammering!!! We could hear a dog barking all morning, person next door coughing…clearly not well insulated! The bathroom is directly in front of bed with the “trendy” sliding door and frosted panel; which equals bright light in your face anytime others in the room need to use the bathroom at night. Curtain was broken. Toilet did not flush completely each time. Great area and again, very clean, but too many negatives that I would not stay again.
