It was a great place for friends or family. The resort could use some cleaning up a bit, fresh paint, etc. inside the resort was very nice. But the pool was not clean and had so much bleach in the water our skin was burning after getting out.

Amazing family getaway. The bedding and beds could use a comfort upgrade. Overall we were pleased with our stay and our children enjoyed the waterpark.

My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. We had fun having a competitive pool volleyball game with complete strangers, facilitated by staff who provided us with a beach ball (more fun) because other people were using the actual volleyball. The food was good. I liked that there was shaved ice offered by the pool for guests. There was also an option to purchase many different flavors of ice cream poolside and/or get shakes made from the ice cream. I loved that there were family activities scheduled at the resort. I loved that there was poolside dining. I especially loved that there were options for multiple activities, including golfing and tennis. My daughter and I were fortunate enough to reserve time for tennis on our last day.

When I arrived to the hotel 5 hours ago They did not manage to give me a room that I reserved then they offered me a different rooms that I do not accept one of which is handicapped,They told me that I can get a refund from expedia but when I called tue expedia customer service ,they did not accept what they did and charged me 400 $. I do not know what to say ,Unacceptable Unethical and they destroyed my weekend plans ,All of family is still crazily angry to both This unethical hotel and expedia who prefer not to suppor us for refund Great experience and the worst customer desk that I have ever seen in my life ,Thank you for this awful experience

We had a confirmed 12 Noon Checkout and while I was in the shower and my wife was changing into her clothes at 11AM, a new guest (family) with a key to our room attempted to enter our room. Not only did the Hilton give someone a key to our room while we were still in it, but they didn't even bother to clean the room for the next guest. Still waiting on the promised call from the Director 5 days later... front desk seemed equally unconcerned.

The AC in our room did not work. We called the front desk twice and asked for a fan. Each time they said it was on its way yet we never received it. When we went to check out, the front desk all but called us a liar, pointing out that records indicated we had children with us, which we did not. She pulled out a sheet of paper that did have a complaint about the AC, stating that another room was offered, but because of children, the occupants did not wish to move. Again, I reminded her we had no children and that was not our room. Apparently they had our room confused with another room that complained about the same issue, and had children. It was a very hot and uncomfortable stay. A positive was that the restaurant food was excellent!

Loved the property but was told there was an all adult area and there wasn't would have been nice if there was a place with no screaming crying kids but it was still nice
