We had a wonderful stay. The room was everything we needed for 2 adults and 4 kids. Extra plus that they had a gym and I was the only one using it 2 days in a row.

I loved the small details, like pineapple in the water container that was in the lobby. So different and wonderful! Staff was super wonderful and the indoor pool was perfect. It was the perfect distance from everything we needed and it was so clean. The room itself was perfect for my family of 4. Will definitely be staying again.

Upon check-in we discovered that one of our (4) reservations was mistakenly made at another Residence Inn. Casandra at the front desk was kind, calm, and cooperative in moving our room to the Lake Front Circle location and insuring that we were not penalized for the late change. She was awesome! Then our family group of 9 enjoyed an unexpected “home-cooked meal” carefully prepared and presented by Denise in the lobby. The food selections included vegetarian and GF options. It was ideal for our first night gathering….and saved us the time, hassle and expense of going out to an expensive (and less satisfying) dinner at a restaurant. Throughout our 3 night visit, we were courteously and professionally assisted by housekeeping and front office staff.
