Our vehicle was one of approximately five or six had our windows broken out and items stolen out of them. Management wasn’t concerned and offered no help at all and acted as though this happened on a regular basis. They also stated that there were no cameras on the side of the building where it occurred. They offered no help or assistance and twenty four hours after it happened, police still didn’t have all the information from Hampton Inn. We were in town for a family function.

I purposely chose this place for the amenities since I was traveling with littles. The complimentary breakfast was convenient and had a decent amount of options. The pool was indoors which would’ve been awesome except it was very cold but my kids still enjoyed it. Workout room had cardio and some weights and med balls. Our king with a foldout had a fridge and microwave and sink, kind of like a wet bar, and it was perfect for all of our snacks. Room was very spacious, there were 4 of us, and we weren’t cramped. Would stay again.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Seriously, I am thinking of buying the bed from their online store. Very, very new facility. Staff was a bit brusque, but the hotel itself was really great. Would definitely stay there again. (But I would get on the top floor since there were a lot of kids staying there and they could get noisy on the roof of my room.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the friendly and informative greeting at check in, to our morning walk to a fabulous breakfast, passing the front desk who kindly asked if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable! We were very pleased with everyone and everything! Will stay with you again next family event! Thank you!!

We never had our room cleaned even when we requested. Our trash was overflowing because of small waste paper cans. We needed towels and had to go to the front desk to get coffee for the next day. We have stayed at this property several times since our family lives close, but may try another place next trip. For the price I don't think we need to request the basics for a several day stay.
