Our room was extremely humid. The lobby, commons area and hallways were appropriate temperatures with low humidity. Our room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We stayed as a family with one puppy. Our puppy found a pill on the floor in our room. It remains unknown what the medicine was for but it could have been fatal if ingested.

We have stayed here a couple of times when in town visiting family. It's a great location, very clean and large rooms.

The room was great but cable didn’t work. They came and took care of it right away. The pool was a hit with everyone. The beds are very comfortable and the room size was great for our big family.

We love to stay at this hotel and family had a good time. I was very upset to learn the hotel was charging us for parking. We paid for our stay in full. We were told at check in about the parking cost. I was very upset about this charge. I am a Hilton member and took this a being ambushed. May never stay at Hilton again!!!!!!!!!

The room was great & was easy getting there, plenty of parking, and places to eat around & our kids enjoyed getting a hot chocolate since it was chilly outside. Overall stay was good. My only complain would be some cleaning was over looked but wasn’t anything that serious. Would definitely stay again.

It was great. The location is fantastic. Easy access to anywhere you want to go. Cowboys' stadium, Ranger's stadium, Car racetrack, DFW airport, Movie theaters, etc; all of them within a couple of minutes drive. I am not kidding about these conviniences. Restaurants all kind within walking distance. Very safe area. The front desk in the afternoon was super, especially STAR! She was super helpful, nice and very professional. THANK YOU STAR!

We have stayed here before, as well as a few other places nearby. We visit often and have lots of family in this area, including 2 small grandchildren! We were in town for our grandson’s birthday. We will not stay here again, due to the fact the pool area and outside gathering area are not really available use due to the fact that employees hang out in both areas. We stayed 2 nights and had 2 rooms, and every single time we went by there, there were multiple employees taking breaks, smoking and talking on their phones and hanging out. It wasn’t comfortable at all and didn’t really feel safe to try and enjoy theses areas! The first afternoon I arrived I parked in back, where these areas were and unloaded my bags, and the gate it wouldn’t let me in with my card, so I walked to the other end while employees were sitting, I tried to get their attention to open the gate but they ignored, so to say I wasn’t allowed to pass through or go in! It was 104 degrees that day, no exaggeration! Not fun to carry bags and roll suitcases in! Very very poor customer service! There’s absolutely no way management isn’t aware of this because it literally was every single time we passed by, in or out! The rooms are spacious and nice hotel and convention area!

The staff were amazing. When our senior fur baby was scared and barking they called to alert us so we could come to the rescue.

The online listings for this property show an outdoor swimming pool. We booked this hotel over others that would fit our family and were less expensive specifically because of the pool. We were traveling with 6 children. When we arrived, we were told we’d have to drive several miles away to use an indoor pool. When we tried to do that, the water was freezing and the indoor space was so inhospitable bc of the humidity and the noise level—of my own children but outdoors, this isn’t a problem. Plus we couldn’t let dad take some to the pool and mom stay back with napping children and then come later—because he had taken the vehicle to the pool! If one parent took children to the pool, the other parent was stuck without a vehicle. If the whole family went to the pool, no one could leave until everyone was ready to leave. This is not what we paid for. When I brought this up to the management, she took my Hilton Honors number and said she’d “add some points” to my account. But that never happened.

Nice property and great breakfast served. Recommended for families.
