La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW West-Glade Parks

The hotel was great. It seemed clean and had plenty of complimentary toiletries. Check-in was fast and smooth and staff was nice/helpful concerning the airport shuttle schedule. The hotel looked really new. About 7 minutes from DFW Airport. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Hard boiled eggs, waffles, regular eggs, yogurt, juices/coffee, meats, etc. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is I assume they were full on all the other floors or something because they put all the people that checked in when we checked in the neighboring rooms.. Which is fine because obviously it’s a hotel but we were traveling with a 7 month old (was nervous that she’d wake up crying and wake the neighboring rooms, making their stay unpleasant but she didn’t luckily). Anyway, the neighboring rooms were the ones that kept us and our baby awake/would wake often due to people yelling, speaking on volume 100 about their computer tech meeting the day prior, and some juvenile children having a “no way dude, oh my god dude, I can’t believe x,y,z” screaming match at 2am. The location of the hotel is right by the interstate and I didn’t hear one car though so I’m sure the noise is really low as long as the above people don’t stay when you stay.

Wonderful experience; started with friendly check in Staff who explained the amenities of this location. Room clean, beds comfortable, overall room was larger than expected. Pool was clean; we enjoyed swimming there. The breakfast included waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, cereal , yogurt etc; coffee tea juice. This area has multiple restaurants and shops. It was quiet and very well lit at night. 14-15 mins from event we were attending. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Everything was wonderful. My family were very please with the hotel; the cleaniness, staff, location... The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because although the breakfast setup was nice, the food wasn't really good.

The walls are so thin we could hear the conversations happening clearly from the room next to us. We woke up the next day to kids jumping so hard from the level above us. I couldn’t believe the amount of noise we heard in just one night. The hallway smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana although it’s a “smoke free facility “. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. Everytime you had to go ask a question no one was ever at the front desk.

The hotel is clean, smelt clean, my room was super nice, It has a lot of shops around, walmart is near, target ect. I will say i feel like the walls are thin because i could hear my neighbor talking super loud. Also had kids above me run all night long, i did tell the front desk and they were super helpful, i will say when they came to clean the rooms, i just asked for towels, they didn’t take the dirty ones but that’s not that bit of a deal, they have breakfast but it’s nothing special, just eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles. other than that i liked my stay

Visit family

Trip was very pleasant. Check-in was quick and painless. With a family, the breakfast was great for those not quite ready to go out. Area also had good shopping and not crowded areas.

Stayed 3 nights with my 2 little ones, our room was nice and clean, breakfast was ok, I always found parking and they had a little snack shop which was convenient as I had little ones. Only issue I had was my room window faces directly to the pool and our first night there after driving 17 hours, wanted to sleep but people we’re partying, drinking and being loud in the pool past midnight when the pool supposedly closes at 10 p.m. other than that overall stay was great and I will definitely stay here again.

Thursday July 13th something terrible happened. They stole a part of my moms truck. We were ready to fly out when her card made a loud noise the next morning. We were so upset. I think the hotel is good with breakfast and comfy beds but your cars are not safe you would need to park under the light in the front. Easy said they can steal your car which is terrible. Just be careful. I wish they would hace warned us. It ruined our family vacation. We still flew out to Cancun but when we got back it was terrible knowing we had to pay for a part they stole.

Good and clean. With the exception of extremely, EXTREMELY loud stomping all night…parents need to get the kids because it sounded like a marathon was going on…besides that great stay!
