We were there on a small vacation and handling a little bit of family business. I have to brag on Andrew though. He was absolutely amazing. He needs to be promoted. He was very attentive and concerned for our needs. He made the stay.

Nice hotel and staff was great in hotel and bar/restaurant. Had to request a new room first day due to very offensive sewer smell. Front desk quickly moved us to other side of hotel and rest of stay was fine. She also comp'd our breakfast one day which was nice. Except for that issue, the stay was a wonderful annual family Cowboys game experience.

Visiting family in Dallas we had a great 5 night stay at the Hilton Southlake Town Square. There was just one criticism and that was there was only a coffee machine in the room to make drinks. We would have preferred a kettle to make tea as we are not coffee drinkers.

Great location next to stores and restaurants! Recently renovated and looks great! Loved the big TV in the sitting area! A suite is perfect if you have kids! Awesome pool and love the trial around the small lake!

Remodeling on our floor made asthma flare up. Could hear baby crying in next room. Otherwise, beautiful hotel and great location. Loved the coffee bar and outdoor area!
